These dining chairs are absolutely beautiful. I’m delighted with them. In addition to that, delivery was next day, which was absolutely first class service. Furthermore, the day after delivery I received a call from a lovely lady asking if they had been delivered safely, if I was happy with them and if not they would help sort it out. I find this company a superb one to buy from as they are on the ball as far as customer service goes and that’s paramount to running a good business. So thank you CFD staff I will definitely recommend you to friends and family. I will also purchase goods from you again as this service is absolutely not what you get in a lot of companies sadly. If you’re looking to buy then you’ll not be disappointed!

Ordered item, said in stock on website. 3 days later I hear it’s not in stock but “might be delivered next year” if I want to hang on. I ask for a refund, am told it takes 10-14 working days (which is ludicrous) when pushed it is promised for 10 working days and hasn’t arrived. So I’m £1800 out for pocket for a table which was supposed to be in stock and still waiting for my money back.

I required an item delivered to Scotland to an area that wasn't listed on their system for delivery.
They very quickly got it sorted for me, with minimal fuss.

would give zero stars if i could , cheap shoddy badly made furniture that falls apart after 8 months , and customer service is appaling apparently it was my fault for sitting on the stool , stool was never looked at after it collapsed to determine anything by the supplier or the outlet that sold it , you have a stool you sit on it , cant see how a user caused it to collapse by sitting on it , and it was not reported for 8 months because thats when it collapsed after being used on a few occasions , maybe issue a warning to customers ,DO NOT SIT ON STOOL AS IT MAY COLLAPSE ...and what is user damage at all ? the supplier review was someone looking at a picture of the collapsed stool , avoid this company at all costs , we dont buy furniture that is only going to last months thats ridiculous really isnt it....and the customer service is very poor when a problem occurs , you want to know the company is there when there taking your money and if there are any problems , had a call to discuss the matter and was told they would call back the next day , no call the next day , very poor

I recently purchased a Hampshire Oak extending dining table from CFS having found the company and product online. There was a time delay of about a week from ordering to confirming delivery but communication was excellent throughout.I was given an am delivery slot and on the day of delivery I was sent a text followed by phone call to let me know that they were 30 minutes away. The delivery gents were very polite placing the table in the room requested. I couldn’t fault the company from start to finish and would definitely recommend, great customer service throughout.

Used CFS several times. Always good. A small problem with a recent order but they addressed it immediately. Apart from great prices it seems The Customer Service team (Harris in my case) can be relied on - a quality becoming rarer these days.

We purchased a Rauch Winnipeg 181cm 4 Door Wardrobe with Mirror - Alpine White High Gloss and Halifax Oak.
The wardrobe arrived about 4 months late. Unfortunately there was no phone calls or contact to advise the reasons for delay. I had to contact the company each time to be advised that the wardrobe would take another month and then another month to arrive.

We have now been using the wardrobe for the past 2 month and can say it was NOT worth the wait. The wardrobe is flimsy, the drawers feel poor quality, with low quality materials causing them to shake and move whilst opening and closing them. The wardrobe doors slam shut with no soft close mechanism. Overall I’m massively disappointed in the quality and process from order to delivery.

Very impressed with the service from Choice Furniture Superstore. We bought a dining table in the sale and received regular email updates throughout. Customer Service was easy to get through to and very helpful.

Our order was delivered on a Sunday by two great delivery guys, and the table was easy to put together and looks fantastic. We even received a follow-up call today to make sure everything was okay.

A smooth purchase from start to finish. We ordered our dining table and received prompt confirmation and an estimated delivery date.
The date was then confirmed nearer the time (with an option to change). The table was delivered on the agreed day in the morning.
We were asked for confirmation of receipt of the table and if the product was okay. I explained we had to head off on holiday straight after delivery so were unable to unwrap and build the table. Tabshir, from customer service support was understanding of this and we agreed to email on our return from holiday . We assembled the table this weekend and we’re thrilled with the Actona Heaven 6 seater dining table. It was easy to assemble (two of us) but note the table top is very heavy!
Overall the communication, delivery , customer service & product is 100% and we would recommend highly .

Website was easy to use, great selection of items in stock, huge amount of choice. Item was an amazing price, as there was a sale & with free delivery. The sofa bed is really gorgeous, it looks fantastic & is amazingly comfortable. For a two seater sofa it is huge & easily fits four people. My daughter absolutely loves it. Straightforward payment section. Excellent delivery service, good communication via text messages from the delivery personnel, who arrived on time. The guys were friendly, courteous, polite & the most smartly dressed delivery crew i've ever seen. A brilliant, professional crew, what a great experience.

I am delighted with my new sideboard, tv unit and side table they are excellent quality at a great price. Good communication from CFS throughout from ordering to delivery. I have just ordered more furniture from this company as I’m so impressed with the service. The delivery man was great placing my furniture where I wanted it in my home.
