I took a trade policy out this morning, I spoke to Atif Khan who was very helpful & explained everything very clearly. My experience was very good.

Kian Nield !!! Spent the weekend stressed about my motor trade policy & my new business. I felt I was stuck and had no one to speak to. Kian has honestly made my day, answered all my 100 questions I had muddled up in my head, took time out of his day to write me a email further explaining everything so I also have peace of mind, I could just go on & on. This is beyond customer service, I am so pleased to have used AJG.

Honestly for you all starting up in the trade, AJG are the ones to go. If you want to ask for Kian, am sure you will be as pleased as I was. I can now go away retaining every bit of information!!

I renew my quote with Robert Gwilliam and I was incredibly happy with the service. Robert managed to find the best quote for me. I will definitely be look for him next time when I have to renew my quote again.

Your AI generated review summery somewhat conflicts with our experience of your staff. I've had a Motor Trade policy for 33 years and Gallagher's staff are the worst by far. Unfortunately by the time I'd realised this I'd paid for the full year so had no choice but to complete a year with Gallagher or I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. Rude staff sending abrupt emails at the start not making it clear what the required information was needed from us, when we informed you we wouldn't be renewing we continued to receive reminders, had to ask multiple times for bonus proof. Clearly there is no communication within your organisation. With the possible exception of Maddie who did, after the 3rd request, forward our bonus proof none of the other staff represent Gallagher well. We'll never use you again. Tim & Hermione Spicer.

Israel Bello: it was a pleasure to speak with him, seemed very knowledgeable down to earth. The previous advisor did not help nor did the previous advisor call me back even after speaking to his manager. Israel Bello delt with my enquiry swiftly without hesitation and resolved my enquiry in 20 mins, also dealing with other issues I was facing which other colleagues failed to help with. He deserves recognition for his above and beyond work he did for me.
