Massive thanks to Atif khan for all your help in setting up the Motor trade insurance 

Atif was very professional, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Managed to answer all the questions that I had and nothing was too hard for him.
He explained every single detail that I wasn't familiar with and because of him I got a motor trade insurance

This is how all insurance companies should operate!!

I wood recommended to anyone to give them a call .

Contacted general customer service…

Contacted general customer service email for commercial insurance and instead of pointing me in the right direction to have my queries handled, their TEAM LEADER simply said "not my team, cannot help you". Unbelievable.

knowledgeable, helpful, polite and professional

Quoteline Direct assisted me again in arranging my taxi insurance policy, and their ongoing support was excellent.
A pleasure to work with, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. This time, Shylank, the sales consultant for taxi/courier/fleet, guided me through the process of purchasing taxi fleet insurance with efficiency, expertise, and clarity. He also managed to add the drivers to the policy and assisted me with additional coverage, such as a breakdown policy for my vehicles.
It's wonderful to speak with a friendly person on the other end of the phone rather than an anonymous first contact over the computer!
I'm confident that Quoteline Direct delivered what I was looking for: a thorough understanding of our needs, trust, and a fair price based on the best policy available from their panel of insurers.
I will recommend this service to any taxi owner seeking reliable insurance at an affordable price.

Motor Trade Policy

Gallager and Axa best in the game!!

Made a mistake leaving Gallager at renewal time and going with Nash warren just to save £150. Nash warren who uses Granite do not insure 8 seaters, had to cancel (lost £200) and come back to Gallager, spoke to Aron and spent a good 30 mins. Gave me a very good price to. Now back with Gallager and Axa who are the best in the game! Happily can enjoy driving my 8 seater Landcrusier 👍

Excellent customer service and Competitive price

Excellent customer service and very competitive Price offered. Atif looked after my case. He was very thorough with my needs especially with me being new to Motor Trade and doing the policy for the first time, he knew exactly what I needed and went over the board to provide me with the support adhering to my needs and getting me a reasonable price as well. way better then competitors. Cant appreciate them enough. Highly Recommended .

Kian is the best iv ever delt with normally it is difficult to speak with customer service but this guy made my life much easier actually he likes listening to what a customer has to say and actually try and resolve any problems you may have as he's did with me

If you wish to open a policy ask to speak to ‘Dean’ absolutely fantastic customer service explains everything properly and genuinely tries to help you. Amazing gentleman 10/10

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLEASE AVOID
i have a policy with this mob my god signed up paid them just shy of a £1000 paid it upfront gave them everything they asked only to get an email 2 months later saying they need more stuff or they are going to cancel my policy so called them told them that I gave them everything at the start as requested so I jumped through there hoops gave them everything again witch was fine got an email saying we have everything now only to find they had blocked my account and my access to the MID so called them and the guy on the phone says he needs more stuff told him I got an email last week saying you have everything he sees the email and says canny argue with that my god what’s is going on with the company. So I have everything back running again but for how long to they come at me again wanting stupid stuff and blocking me again from the MID this is unacceptable I am going to take this to the highest level of this company there is something seriously wrong with them something has to change I will not be renewing I have 9 months to go with them god help me lol
