new motor traders policy arranged with Tina Whitaker. I was very pleased with the service and have already paid for the policy in full.

However, I have tried reaching out to Tina via email since my payment to see if she needs any additional documents from me, but unfortunately, I have not received a response. Additionally, I attempted to call the office and only heard background noise, which was quite distracting like children in the playground and I was unable to get through to anyone.

I am starting to feel concerned about the professionalism of this organization

Big thank you to Kian who handled my enquiry earlier today, I just moved my insurance cover through Arthur Ghallager last November, always helpful customer service, but this time was a record breaking (a 50 minutes call) as I had so many questions to amend my policy, sorted in the end and all adjusted accordingly, can't get any better, highly skilled and polite.
