I highly recommend Citrus Holidays. We had no problems at all from the start to the end. It was the most exciting, thrilling, fantastic holiday.

We toured the Golden Triangle and Kerala. Our private drivers were great and made us feel safe in their capable hands. Abhilash, in Kerala, especially went far and beyond to make our trip special. He is very knowledgeable and eager to ensure you get the best experience.

My husband had a suit made in India, but left it behind at one of the hotels. Abhilash rescued the suit and had it taxied 5 hours overnight to us. It was no problem for him. We were delighted and relieved. Only in India!

It was a very busy 2 weeks, and an experience to remember. Our favourite bit was on the Houseboat. We were treated like royalty. An incredible trip, fabulous food and really genuinely nice crew who made our boat trip very special.

We'd highly recommend this holiday and tour operator. Nothing was too much trouble and emails were answered immediately.

The tour guides were also very knowledgeable and took good care of us. Everyone made us feel very welcome and guided us where necessary. It was a very special holiday and will be forever treasured. Thank you.

We booked our 6 night holiday to Italy, visiting Rome, Florence and Venice with Citrus Holidays as a family of 4 and we all were thoroughly pleased.

We dealt with Ravi who was very helpful and assisted us in every way. He clearly explained the itinerary and got us a really good rate for the entire package.

The package included 2 nights in a 4* hotel in each city, plus flights and a train service in between the 3 cities. All for a really reasonable price.

We booked a holiday with Citrus back in April this year and the whole experience was fantastic and everything went really smoothly. We have recently been in contact with Citrus to book another holiday and the customer service we received from Ashley was second to none.. he was very patient as we asked for lots of different quotes etc, and always phoned us back or emailed us exactly when he said he would. Ashley inspired lots of confidence and we were so impressed with him that we actually purchased 2 holidays! He is a credit to their company. Fantastic deals, and fantastic service!

after taking a holiday with citrus holidays previously to Nepal and Goa we had confidence that our next holiday would be equally as good. We were not disappointed our latest holiday booked through Danny was so good. The travel arrangements transfers and hotel was just what we expected. we now look forward to our next trip through Danny at citrus to Goa in January

I have used Citrus Holidays for several trips now, however our most recent 14 day trip of a lifetime to Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand was incredible! From the booking with Mike, who was extremely helpful talking through the whole trip and what was included and put any worries I had to rest. The whole trip was perfectly organised from the flights, transfers to and from hotels, excursions and hotels. All hotels included were fantastic and all the staff couldn't do enough for you, all with great breakfast. All the excursions were also incredible with a real variety included in all three countries visited. All were private or small group tours. Beautiful countries, great things to do and see with some down time to relax and enjoy the hotels and your own time to see each place. The flamingo cruise was incredible and the highlight of our trip. Could not recommend this tour enough!!

Indian Adventure part 2
What an experience Kerala was, the city of Kochi was exciting and vibrant, the cooking class was brilliant. Our journey through the tea and cardamom plantations was mind blowing, the whole experience came together as our driver Kittan was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️And took care of us all whilst travelling through this colourful country.
We ended up in Kovalam for 3 days of r&r before I trip home.
Well done to all who made our vacation a memorable one

We booked a tour of India including the Golden Triangle and Kerala, which left UK on 2 October and returned 18 October. The booking process with excellent with Rose taking care of everything. It was incredible value for money. A chauffeur-driven car throughout with air-conditioning made everything very straightforward, and the hotels were excellent. There were too many activities to mention them all, but the best for us were the Taj Mahal, riding and bathing with elephants and the houseboat on the Kerala backwaters. Almost everything was paid for, you just need money for lunch, drinks and
presents you want to bring back. Truly the holiday of a lifetime, made extra special by four individuals: Jaipal Singh (our driver in the north), Makresh (our guide in Jaipur), Raj (our guide for the Taj Mahal) and best of all Babu Edapally (our driver in the south). Nothing was too much trouble for Babu. Whenever we came out of a site or event, not only was Babu waiting, he was there with the car and a huge smile. Thank you Babu.

What an incredible holiday. We were particularly impressed with Citrus Holidays. The entire experience was smooth and flawless from the initial enquiry, booking, payment and customer support.

The holiday itself was well organised, every transfer, flight, hotel, excursion and event arranged were tailor made to our own requirements, reliable and punctual.
We have no hesitation in recommending Citrus Holidays and will be using them again shortly.

It's worth signing up to their emails, without doubt, as they have many excellent offers!

We stayed at the Laconia Blu in Sardinia-the hotel was ok,no frills but perfectly acceptable room and a nice balcony with a sea view.The food was buffet every meal,which was pretty basic and unimaginative which was disappointing for Italy.The hotel advertises that it has its own beach with appealing photographs,but in reality it’s a triangle of scrubland beach with a few rusty beds and umbrellas for the hefty sum of £10 per day.We didn’t bother,as Sardinia boasts many divine beaches to visit.We like the situation of the hotel,as you could walk along the seafront all the way to the small town,where there are many bars,restaurants shops etc to enjoy in the evening.
The staff were very pleasant,and we were looked after by the staff at Citrus Holidays prior to going to Sardinia.To be fair,the week was very reasonable including flights so all in all we were happy.

I booked my honeymoon to bali with Citrus Holidays. It was was a fantastic itenery. All of the transfers, guides, excursions and hotels were absolutely fantastic. Having it all organised by Citrus took all the stress out of the the holiday and meant we could focus on having a great time together. I fully recommend!

My wife and I booked a holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam through Citrus. The booking process was very easy, and they were very responsive. The holiday itself was extremely enjoyable, and everything went very smoothly. I would strongly recommend them, and will use them again

I can't praise Citrus Holidays highly enough. We have just returned from the Greek Treasure Trail holiday, and it was absolutely fantastic. I was recommended Citrus Holidays from a colleague, and I was not disappointed. All the arrangements were spot on, with travel and transfers arranged. They even arranged for us to travel to and from Edinburgh rather than Gatwick at a very minimal extra cost. A special mention to Archit who communicated very well with us prior to the trip. The accommodation has been well researched, and all, in their own way, were lovely places to stay. I am only too happy to pass on a recommendation to anyone, and I will definitely be booking our next adventure with them.

We were met by our chauffeur at Bangalore airport and he was with us throughout the trip. Dropping us at the train and houseboat and waiting for us at the other end . Very polite and efficient service. The trip itself encompassed the real India and all the hotels were excellent Our favorite being the CGH Earth at Wayanad. Deep in the jungle the service there was exceptional and we particularly enjoyed the cookery demonstration and the morning afternoon and evening treks where we saw a variety of snakes frogs and spiders. The tour itself was very varied and covered a wide and diverse area through Mysore Kochi and Kerala but we loved every minute of it especially the last 3 nights in the beautiful resort at Poovar on the Arabian Sea for a well earned relax. For those people worried about the earlier floods in Kerala, don’t be. Hotels have suffered with cancellations but they are very much up and open for business waiting to show you the beauty of India. I would definitely recommend citrus and use them again 😁

The Citrus package we bought was very good value, especially due to the, in general, very good quality hotels.
The “Chauffeur tour” style was invaluable as a good safe way to experience India and our driver, Sree, for us, made the holiday special.
The support of the local agency was excellent.
If you want to experience the real India and you are willing to accept it with all its rough edges then this is the way to do it!
You will spend very little money as all you need is included in the tour with the exception of a few lunches, that cost a few pounds, and some tip money but that is down to you. I had two shaves at local barbers one cost 55p and the other £1.
The India that you see ranges from big cities to rainforest then the waterways and paddy fields to the beaches. The Indian people are warm and friendly.
Citrus have handled the whole holiday really well and we are very happy with the experience and we give them a 5* rating.

I am from Kerala but it was my husband's first trip to India so I wanted something that would give him the best first experience. Citrus Holidays packaging of the holiday was great but our driver Arun was the icing on the cake!! He made the whole experience excellent! Arun is extremely professional, attentive and very knowledgeable. 
Nothing was too much trouble for Arun and he went out of his way to ensure every day was made enjoyable by checking in with us what we wanted from the day. 
The journeys from each destination was very long, something that I hadn't taken on board properly, so we found them tiring so next time I would probably book longer at each destination so more time to unwind. The only disappointing hotel was the Hotel in Kochi (CGH Earth Hotel). This was our first hotel and unfortunately did not give you the feel of Kerala or its beauty. The food was not to the standard I would have expected for Kerala.
The House Boat is a definite must when visiting Kerala - we loved this!!
Our favourite hotel was the final one in Poovar - Isola Di Cocco. Definitely more than a 3 Star hotel. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding and the hotel surroundings beautiful!
So to sum up, we had a fantastic time and the trip was made very special by Arun!! Thank you Arun for all your help. You are fantastic in what you do!! You absolutely made this an amazing holiday.

Never having been on a Solo group guided tour before I was a bit apprehensive but have been delighted with this holiday of a lifetime. Meeting my guide Sreejith at Kochi Airport I was surprised to learn I was in a group of 1 but in a very short time it felt as if I was being shown round by a friend. Nothing was too much trouble for Sreejith - realising I was interested in Photography he sought a warden in the National Park who showed us where the wild elephant were and I managed to take some pictures.
In Thekkady he organised the tickets for the Kathakali show and we arrived early and he arranged with actors that I could photograph them before the performance getting into their elaborate costumes.
Everything went smoothly - all of the events as advertised with Sreejith on hand to make sure that any questions were answered and that I was being looked after.
All of the hotels were very good to excellent.
Be aware that in India you will always be asked for feedback- they ALWAYS want to know if they need to improve. As an example, 1 meal in 1 hotel was not quite to my liking and I left most of it but didn’t feel I needed to make a complaint. The maitre d’ reported that I had not eaten my meal and the following morning the General Manager of the hotel stopped me and apologised and asked what they had to do to improve.
The houseboat trip was really relaxing - the food on board was excellent and they try to feed you until you burst! My trip finished in Poovar at the Isla da Cocca hotel and Ayurveda centre which is tremendous.

In summary a very well organised trip guided by a skilled professional in Sreejith and highly recommended. Thanks also to Nancy at Citrus for organising the best flights for me.
