Excellent holiday and organisation.
Brilliant holiday through Citrus Holidays. We did India the golden triangle in the north, and then took an internal flight to Kerala in the south. Citrus organised all the transfers, hotels and internal flight. I can't emphasise enough how well organised the trip was. I can honestly say it was a memorable holiday and very good value for money. Private chauffeur throughout, entrances fees all included, curry cooking class (which we got to eat), overnight on a houseboat, boat trips, national parks, tea and cardamom plantation tours, massage and yoga class all included in the cost of the holiday. I travelled on the Keralan Odyssey in April 2019 and I have to say, it surpassed all my expectations! Right from when I landed in India, I was taken care of every step of the way and the courtesy of the driver and organisation with the hotels was faultless. The quality of the accommodations and the way the trip was structured was extremely impressive. From the port town of Kochi, up into the tea plantations, over to the jungle and then the houseboat, finishing on the beach, the entire trip just had the right 'balance.' It was the trip of a lifetime and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you Citrus!

I have just returned from the Southern India tour and I am still in a bit of a daze as it was so magical. I can’t believe all of the things that we did in those 15 days. Our driver Nishan was amazing - there were 4 of us in the car - he looked after us really well - nothing was too much trouble for him and he provided some really useful local knowledge on many occasions. The car was air conditioned and it provided a welcome haven whenever we returned from a palace, temple or gardens. We stayed in a rain forest for a few days which was amazing - saw elephants in the wild, birds snakes frogs and some amazing insects all with the help of a naturalist who provided the in- depth knowledge.
The hotel accommodation and food was of a high standard and none of us suffered any problems throughout the whole tour.
The overnight stay in the boat was a particular highlight - the food in particular was yummy.
Overall an amazing tour - unbelievable value for money and thoroughly recommended.

I must write to say what a wonderful experience I had with Citrus holidays. I travelled with my daughter to Kerela for a two week tour and every little detail was taken care of. We had a private chauffeur which I was not expecting at all and were basically treated like royalty from start to finish. Every detail was well planned and nothing was left to guesswork which took all the stress of traveling away. The itinerary was well though out and we saw fantastic sights that will stay with us forever. The driver, Sreekanth was the loveliest man in India I am quite sure. He was unfailingly polite and kind and such a brilliant driver. I would recommend him to anyone. The trip was one of the best holidays I have ever had, in fact I booked again to do the same tour the next year. Citrus really know what they are doing. Thanks Citrus.

Have just come back from the Vietnam and Cambodia tour to which we added 3nights in Bangkok we couldn’t fault one thing about this holiday experience. The meet and greets at all airports and bus stations were on time and the drivers and reps were very professional, polite and helpful. The guides all spoke perfect English and were extremely knowledgeable about their subjects. Always willing to answer our numerous questions and show us good photo shots for memories to treasure. We meet another couple on the same tour and were surprised to find we had our own individual tour guides and car and driver even to the airports or bus station for that personal experience. All entrance fees were included and complimentary water throughout the day. The company even thought to add a foot massage at the end of the walking tour of Hanoi, Hotels were good, breakfasts plentiful choice with polite and helpful staff. All hotels had their own pools and facilities. We tried but couldn’t fault the whole experience. Thank you

DI booked a flight Last month for July 29thme and my son through the wise miser but cash got took out my bank by benztravel.co.uk so same company

For July 19
When I booked and paid for the flight
It said I was flying out business class
And flying back premium economy
That’s bigger seating I needed due to my disability
Then next day I get email from the wise miser saying I’m flying out and back in economy
I’ve been conned
I have now raised a complaint with these chancers I know il get knowhere
But hopefully ombudsman listens to me once I go through there complaints procedure

And can still book the flight flying out business class and back premium economy
So don’t bother lying ok

I’m demanding a full refund
Which yous refuse to give me

I have reported yous to police action fraud
And sent them a recording from 5/3/19 to show I can still book the flight flying out business class and premium economy

So stop talking crap

And get me my refund

Citrus holidays did contact me on 13/3/19 to say they are investigating my complaint
They said send evidence which I sent two videos of me going back on the wise miser website and trying to book same dates
And it clearly shows flying out buisness class and back premium economy
Still no reply from citrus holidays
They said they would get back to me within 28 days
Or if they can’t deal with it in that timescale they would email me

They did neither
Sent them email a few days ago
No reply
Sent them another email today
Won’t hold my breath for a reply

Il advise anybody thinking of using them
Please don’t
Book your flights direct with whoever your flying with
They not even registered with abta
Which I find very strange

I got a call from them yesterday saying they are giving me a full refund. But I have to wait 5-7 days
But no answer via email to my complaint yet
I emailed them today. Demanding my cash be put back in my account immediately
And demanded an answer to my complaint

And every other day
Until it’s fully resolved
And I also got the same flight times they gave me A lot cheaper
Stay away from this company
Or chances are you’ll get conned to

Funny tho
I booked and paid for business class
And they are not fulfilling my booking

I cut my holiday from 14 night to 9 nights to get the business class I paid for
Contacted hotel
And I can’t get my 14 nights back due to being fully booked now
I’ve emailed citrus holidays and demanded compensation
3 days ago now
But still no reply

They finally admit it’s there mistake after denial of there mistake
Then they ignore my emails
After ruining my holiday for me and my 8 year old son
I’m actually wondering
Is it because of the colour of my skin is not the same colour as there skin
As they treating me like a piece of scum

I booked a solo travellers tour to Kerela with Vincent, and received excellent customer service from him throughout. The holiday itself was absolutely fantastic, and I would HIGHLY recommend it. In fact I think I will go on this trip again within the next couple of years. The organisation and hotels on the tour were not perfect, but the experience I had was exceptional and looking back I wouldn't actually change a thing.
