Clickshop 

This was my third order with Clickshop and everything was delivered promptly. They have a huge range of weird gifts and gadgets and i am sure i will be back for more.

this company have taken my money and sent me nothing.i have asked for a refund and they keep promising it but it is not appearing. DO NOT USE THEM.

Clickshop had the product that I was looking for at a price that was cheaper than competitors and had a really quick despatch time that meant I got my product the day after ordering. In addition the postage was free which made the service even better.

Click Shop.com treat each customer as a respected individual --this has been my personal experience of them. Response time and update information from them
returns to you in a very short time. They honour their commitments fully to the customer --- Like Sadolin -- they do exactly what it says on the tin -good business acumen.
I would recommend them honestly 100% to purchase from.
A glich caused by their suppler delayed my order and they applied a discount --- ain't that customer service !!

Clickshop have a great range of products online and when comparing prices to some of the other gadget websites they have excellent prices.

The order arrived quickly and I recened emails to let me know when the item has been dispatched which is a great service rather allowing me to arrange for someone to be in when the delivery was made.

I emailed Clickshop and got an immediate respose that a replacement would be sent out. I received this two days later with a little extra (free) item enclosed for my trouble. I then received an explantion as to what had happened to my original order. Very pleased with such prompt and positive service. Would recommend them and will certainly use them again.

i originally ordered the wrong item, sent a quick email to them saying this, they swapped it, sent out the new item double fast and wavered the extra cost.

I ordered a product from them which had not arrived after a few days. I emailed them about it at 10pm to chase up and received an almost immediate response by email and the product was with me 2 days later. Very well packaged and competitive prices.

i ordered bullet buttons for my xbox controller and they came the next day super fast delivery and I even got an email to see if they have arrive okay would recommend to anyone!!

Our order was the best price we could find on the web for a ZipCharge. Unfortunately it went astray in the post but after an email to ClickShop asking what we should do they despatched a second without question and post free. No hassle and no arguing - very good prices and customer service.

admittedly there were delivery issues......the item did take longer than stated to arrive but their customer service was excellent and they bent over backwards to ensure the end result was good, i am a very satisfied customer and the item was spot on, great company but order in plenty of time.

Having had delivery problems on an order made in October Clickshop stayed on the case and made sure that I received the goods in spite of the delivery company mislaying the correctly addressed items on three separate occasions. They were very supportive.

I ordered the Book Rest Lamp from Clickshop.com, and item I had previously bought from a different website, however, when I wanted a second item, they had run out of stock. Not so for Clickshop.com! There were plenty in stock at a cheaper price than I had previously paid, and what's more the delivery and service was outstanding. I ordered the item and quickly and without any hassle paid for it online, receiving it less than a week later with no hassles, packaged perfectly. Outstanding service! To top it all off, I could donate money to my chosen charity at the same time, without any effort at all, what a worthy cause. I would definitely recommmend this site and I will be shopping there again in future! :-)

This is the first time i have used this company and only came across it as i was looking for silverlit skybot attack set for my grandson for Christmas. Communications was fab and delivery second to none. I highly recommend using this company.

I shopped around for a good price for a specific product to be given as a Christmas Gift and Clickshop had the best price on the item. I ordered and after a few days contacted the company to check on delivery times, I received an immediate reply saying that the order had been overlooked but that they would sort this out and send the Kindle cover by first class post. This was done and i have received the item in time to give for christmas.
Great service from Sef and I would recommend this company without reservation.

Ordered this item and had not received after 2 and a half weeks even though website said it had been dispatched. Contacted company via email and received reply same day apologising and saying they would send a replacement. I received this within 3 days and am very grateful. Thank you.
