My item arrived quickly, but the postman had dropped it into a nearly empty bin and broke it (it was glass). I told clickshop about the mishap and they sent me out a replacement the very next day. They were a great help!

Marmite Lunch Box
Excellent service. Good quality, delivered well packed and within 2 days of ordering. Disappointed the box was not a little larger but I bought it as a novelty fun present for my grown up Son who is a 'Marmiteaholic' so I'm not too worried! Will use again.

Lightload Beach Towel
Purchased 3 of these which are very good, but after a dozen uses one of them developed a problem. Not a Clickshop problem, communications and delivery were excellent.
Contacted Clickshop by e-mail and explained the situation. The response was first class in every sense. The complaint was referred to the manufacturer and Clickshop immediately despatched a replacement item.
Refreshing to deal with a company who value their customers and deal with situations promptly. Thank you Sef.

I bought this for my son who was starting university. He was extremely happy with the "under cover". the product was well made and this cocompany sent it out free postage very quickly. They were also the chcheapest I could find for this item. Would definitely buy from them again.
