Good quality materials. I'm happy with my order. I would be nice if they had pictures or videos of how to size clothes appropriately. It is hard to decide only from measurement numbers how a t-shirt would look like in reality. My t-shirts arrived smaller than expected. Otherwise, it's a legitimate company with good products.

I was just playing around with some ideas, then I placed an enquiry. The next morning I revived a call from Bruce, who own the business, and he helped me finish off my design and answered any questions I had. I organised these shirts for my year who had just finished our ALevels at Downside, and Clifton Clothing managed to organise a ship from which pupils were able to order their shirts and be delivered to their address (International shipping included).
They arrived today and I love them!! The quality, the design and the finish. They are amazing.

A photo was sent with my initial query of an item i wanted copied as this held childhood memories . They confirmed they could but I needed to pay the £120.00 up front, 2 days later they requested another £30.00. When I received the design for me to confirm it was poles apart, they had used the motif and used that to create the item which was hideous. I was then told they couldn't do what I had asked but refused to give me a refund only a credit note. as I was unhappy with this they are informed I would look into this legally. After contacting citizens advice and trading standards i found out British law is useless as the company is registered in Hong Kong. Thankfully the Disputes Team at my bank has refunded me and they are dealing with it. He absolutely clear in your orders as this is how I've been able to reclaim my £150.00. The staff were very helpful until I asked for the refund

Everything went pretty smoothly, shirts are good quality as well as printing.

When I unpacked my order I was astounded at the quality! Every piece of colour was a separate piece of cloth stitched to another. The size was right, the fit was right, the badge was right - the whole FEEL of the garment was right ... I am trying to avoid using the word 'perfect' but that is the only way I can describe them.
Everything that you guys - that Clifton Clothing has done has been perfect. If I am ever in a position to recommend you as a team outfitter I will do so ... most strongly for your prices, your quality and speed of service. I am in contact with another 50 members of this project and they are all - or have been - Teachers of Physical Education in schools and colleges around the world and I will be urging them to do the same.
So Thank You All for your devotion to quality and the needs of your customers!

I had a terrible experience with Clifton. This was my first attempt to use them, and my first attempt to buy a luge suit. Despite numerous times asking to talk with someone on the phone to get clarity on the sizing, and how best to buy a suit, they never provided a number. Never provided a customer service number. I had to go through email which resulted in simple canned responses that did not address my concerns.

In the end, the process took over 4 months, I never was able to speak to anyone, the suit didn't fit. It was disaster from start to finish.

During your review of the email exchanges, how many times did I ask for a number to discuss the measurements? My daughter DID NOT fit into any of the predetermined measurements that were posted.

On 12/3 I stated I was confused by the differences in the size sheet sent and provided the exact measurements my daughter needed. On 12/4 I was sent the measurement guide and told to “see below”. This was the 4th time being sent the guide with no clarity. It asks for “body length” but does not specify whether that is head to toe or shoulder to toe. Upon asking the question via email it was not answered.

In 12/31 this email was sent: Can I have a contact number to call and discuss? I’m not sure what is needed from me. I’ve sent the measurements twice now and have had more questions retuned.

Please provide a customer service number so I can ask and answer any questions.

No number was provided.

On 1/1 this email was sent - Please note, I have ask multiple times for size clarification. Simply providing a chart does not answer my questions.

I'm now asking for custom service via phone. If this is not available, please provide a refund as I continue to have questions that go unanswered.

On 1/10 after no progress I asked to have my deposit refunded. Which was denied.

My daughter went the entire luge season without the suit that was originally ordered in November.

As for your comment about providing suits to the military and Olympic athletes, please understand that my daughter is the current US youth luge national champion, so Thank You for your curt and condescending response. I’ll be sure to provide my thoughts and recommendations to her teammates and their family.
