We had fire/smoke damage to our laser cutter and having no luck with the manufacturer we decided to look for an independent engineer. We found Co2 Laser Repairs Ltd online and dropped them a call. The engineer came to our premises and within a few hours the laser cutter was cleaned and repaired. The services we received was fantastic. If you have a laser cutter issue don't hesitate in contacting Co2 Laser Repairs Ltd.

Can't rate this company enough! Callum was an absolute gentleman from the start! Did a talk through over the phone to see if we could diagnose anrld rectify the problem and get us up and running. Turned up at 8.30 the next day with all of the necessary parts to repair our Boxford laser cutter and within no time we were cutting again! Would definitely recommend to anyone with any laser cutter!

I bought a second hand laser and the tube popped phoned co2 laser repair and Callum came and replaced the tube and gave the machine a health check I'm now back up and running and alot more knowledgeable than I was before Callum turned up I would thoroughly recommend his services and will be using him again in the future.

Callum rescued our old GCC lasercutter several times when the tube went pop. he also gave me lots of help when i ballsed up the boxford!
would highly recomend, very knowledgable and a throughly decent chap, bit of wuss when it comes to coffee though!!

If I could do 10 stars, I would. Cal goes out of his way to answer my many calls when my laser is acting up. My laser has been through the wars and he has fixed it up to full performance! I would highly recommend him for any of your laser needs!!

I experienced power loss from my laser and messaged Callum through the website late on the Wednesday. Responded to me straight away, was able to come out on the Friday to diagnose the issues and returned on Tuesday morning with the necessary parts.

Had me back up and running (machine running better than before) in less than a week at a crucial time of the year.

Cant fault the service, would whole heartedly recommend to anyone in need of servicing or repair on their laser and will be using again going forward.

Thought I would never use my laser machine ever again, one email to Callum 2 days later he came and sorted it. Very professional and knowledgeable got me up and running in less than an hour. Man’s a genius will definitely be giving Callum 5 stars.

I cannot recommend Callum highly enough. We were recommended by a friend who lives in Scotland after one phone call (where Callum was actually at the country) he agreed to be with us two days later. Was absolutely supportive understanding gave us fantastic advice and brilliant staff training to allowers to become self-sufficient in an area the prior we knew nothing about. Nothing is too much trouble Callum will always return calls answer messages and it’s just exactly what we needed until we get more practised and confident. I was assisted with the installation of my new laser and I was lost and ready to give up but Callum helped with the setup and gave me lots of tips to help me get started.

Callum came to repair my laser today he was on time and very professional. The problem was diagnosed and repaired very quickly, also walked me through some basic maintenance I should do myself and explained some software settings . Overall a courteous and knowledgeable chap I will use him again.If you have trouble with a co2 laser this is the person to contact.

I have this company out today to service my laser & can honestly say they were very professional & my laser is now cutting better than it ever did.

Great communication in arranging the service of my Vevor machine and the knowledge and skills demonstrated made the machine more efficient than when it was brand new and out of the box (no exaggeration) 10/10

Callum responded to an emergency call out and was here within 48 hours to get our Pure Mini+ machine up and running again. Which was faster than any of the usual engineers from the big boys were available. Diagnosed and fixed the problem swiftly, was knowledgeable and friendly, and will be our first choice of engineer going forward. Highly recommended.
