From our very first contact Callum clearly knew what he was talking about and diagnosed the problem and arranged a visit very quickly. He was very quick and efficient and took the time to explain what he'd done and offered tips on other improvements to make my output cleaner and more efficient.
Highly recommended and will certainly use again.

C02 laser repairs has been really helpful. Our machine stopped cutting while we were in the middle of making visors for front line staff and Callum came out gave the machine a full service, replaced, the tube, belt & power pack. He spent time going through the machine with the technician and supporting with how best to use the machine.

C02 laser repairs has been most helpful, great communication. My machine stopped cutting Callum came out and realigned my machine cleaned all mirrors and lens and concluded my lasertube was the problem. Told me best place to get a tube, ordered online arrived today.

After contacting several companies to try and get our laser cutter services, I eventually came across Co2 Laser Repairs. So pleased we did as Callum completely put us at ease with our 'off-brand' laser cutter.
Not only is Callum friendly and approachable, but his knowledge of laser cutters, their software and quirks, is incredible.
He went above and beyond by demonstrating to our staff so helpful tricks to speed up their workflows.
We fully intend to use Co2 Laser Repairs from now on. Excellent.

So.... Calum was on holiday when I was completely baffled by a problem with my laser cutter, despite being away, he still went above and beyond with trying to solve the problem and guide me through several tests and diagnosis.
Next time I have an issue, I will definitely approach him first to get the work underway, just wish I had found him a week earlier.

C02 lasers are a friendly and approachable service and happy to travel to wherever you are. Callum is great at explaining technical issues so that you can understand in detail the issues happening and then sorting them out quickly, meaning your business can push forward again. He’s helped me numerous times with my machine and is always just a phone call away if needed! Highly recommend and hope they bc onto us to grow with more staff.

We have an old Radecal machine that has been giving me and my business trouble for some time now so I thought it was time to bit the bullet and have it looked at.

We found Co2 Laser repairs through a google search and liked the look of their reviews. I can say for certain we were not disappointed. We had an in-depth phone call at first to go over the issues we were facing and then Callum came to see us. He has great knowledge of these machines and as well as servicing our machine for a very reasonable price and power testing our tube he also gave us some tips on how to improve the quality of our pieces (thank you for application tape!) and how to speed up our processes.

When I told my old service company that I had a problem all they wanted to do was to sell me a new tube!

I couldn't recommend Co2 Laser Repairs highly enough and will using them now on for all thing related to our laser!

Had a problem with my machine so contacted Callum who arrived the next day, he carried out some tests and quickly discovered that the problem was the laser tube which he could have fixed and charged me for but suggested that I contact seller, replacement machine arrives later this week.

I would recommended Callum to anyone with laser problems.

We own a chinese machine and we had been looking for someone who would assist us with the repairs ....unfortunately we couldn't find anyone who would be ready to help ..the moment we would mention chinese machine and they would go "no we don't do these machines"...luckily we found Co2 repairs. From our 1st email to them their correspondence has been excellent. We had Callum come to visit us and do the service ...he has been very easy to talk to and advised us dos and don'ts and also suggested different ways and tips on how to maintain and use machine effectively. Callum has been brilliant from first contact, he took the time to speak in depth on the phone then arrange a full service for my 100w laser at the earliest opportunity that was convenient for me.

Callum got to my home early this morning & was not only professional but a great guy & really easy to talk to. No question was too much trouble & took the time to show me how to properly maintain my machine & also allowed me to record tutorials on my phone for future reference.

He did a spot on job cleaning my filthy machine, unclogged my extraction fan, aligned all the mirrors, cleaned the lenses, checked & changed the system settings to get the best from the machine & maximize productivity which was amazing.

He also gave me tips & advice moving forward, as well as telling me where to buy reasonably priced replacement lenses when he could of tried to sell them to me at a higher price.

Genuine, honest, friendly & professional, I can't recommend Callum & Co2 laser Repairs highly enough & will definitely be using him in the future.

Co2 is a very helpful and reliable company. When I have needed their assistance, they have always been easy to contact anytime. They have great knowledge of the type of laser I use and all my issues have been resolved just by talking through the problems over the phone. I would highly recommend their services if you have a laser machine.

When my laser cutter arrived I quickly found it needed more than trial and error approach to set it up and I needed help from an expert in these things.
Thankfully I found Callum and he took me through the required procedures to set it up methodically and safely.
I would highly recommend his services to anyone and I for one will be keeping his number on file for the future.

Had a major problem with my machine going haywire , called Callam and got a very quick response even on a Saturday , arranged the repair and price , all was done and dusted by Tuesday....

excellent work and will be using him on a regular service , but hopefully not for any emergency repairs...if they do happen i am confident the problem will be dealt with promptly and professionally..

Callum was friendly and responded quickly & seemed to do a good job. Until everything started going wrong and I investigated further. Less than 50% of the tasks stated on the website which are supposed to be carried out within a service did not take place. The bolts had been left loose when re-aligning the mirrors, so they had to be re-aligned via phone conversation 24 hours after his visit. The chiller which he supplied me was 6 years old not brand new and was thick with dust inside so was overheating and in theory was a boiler not a chiller. And 3 weeks later the ‘new tube’ he had fitted my machine with blew and caused me 4 days of down time which is a long time for a small business… and then I discovered that new tube wasn’t a new tube at all. He had just peeled the label off my original tube and ran a cloth over it to remove dust – if the tube hadn’t burst, I would never had known, and he would have continued to be happy knowing he had £845 worth of my hard-earned money. I will most definitely not be using Co2 Laser Repairs again and would not recommend.

Absolutely wonderful! From my first enquiry, nothing was too much trouble. We even received regular follow up messages in the evenings along with helpful tips and detailed instructions.

We are based in a school and required a new Co2 tube for our laser cutter among a few other issues. With excellent correspondence Callum was able to order the correct part and travel to us promptly to fit it. He provides a super friendly and quick service and is very reasonably priced as well. His follow up has been excellent as well and is always quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely recommend Co2 Laser Repairs to anyone who has this type of equipment. I know we will be using them again.
