Took 1.5 hours. Was cold. Sauce spilled all over bag, and didn't get drink.

This applies to Cock's & Cows Kødbyen. Can't vouch for the other locations, but at this point won't try them. I went there a couple of weeks ago with two friends. Booked a table at 18:30, got our burgers almost at 21. We sat outside to escape the heat of the inside room, but we were quickly forgotten by the staff. A waiter/busboy could not pick our order of more drinks because "I wouldn't be able to remember it". We had to remind another waitress that we were waiting on our burgers and she looked as if to say "Damn, I forgot about you fellas". I tend to cut some slack to waiting staff, as it is a tough and unrewarding job, but well over an hour for 3 very unremarkable burgers (and the "medium" cooking that is avertised was "well done") is way too much. Should feel lucky to have found a hefty 18 DKK discount in the bill, I suppose. There are much better burger restaurants in Copenhagen.

Great food and wonderful service!

Cock’s & Cows once made the best burger in Copenhagen, the best meat quality, tender, juicy, and big.
After few monts I have today visited one of their restaurants and even brought friends, and I was completely shocked how much the quality of the burgers has dropped! The meat was rubbery, hard, dull taste, basically impossible to eat.
Not sure what happened, or if this is specific to this restaurant which is at Nørrebro, in any way, not good!
I hope someone from Cock’s & Cows will read this comment and take an action.

The food is good, but the website seems broken to me.

Ordered burgers yesterday from the website and i did a mistake by placing my order at the restaurant in Nørrebro instead of Østerbro. Called and ask if they can deliver it to my address instead of me going from my place all the way to Nørrebro. The girl I talked over the phone was very polite , cant remember the name tho...Josephine? maybe. Anyway they offered to make the food on the Østerbro restaurant so I can pick it up in 15 mins. Damn good customer service !!! And delicious burgers. "Ze Brasil" rocks !

Disappointing starter & unfriendly staff

The burger itself was delicious as always, however this time around I ordered CHILI CHEESE BALLS and I was impressed with the little quantity for DKK 49. I seriously believe it was a mistake...

Moreover, I have been experiencing an oddly unfriendly service at Rosenvængets Allé 6 when I go to pick up my food. It definitely caught my attention since before I used to appreciate the politeness and efficiency of the waiter/waitress in Cocks & Cows.

I ordered takeaway from Cocks and Cows’ own webpage 2 hours in advance on a Friday night.

15 minutes before agreed time, I get called up and told that the restaurant cannot make our food as they are not doing burgers (?!) because they have a julefrokost.
According to the person on the phone I should not even have been able to order, it was a bug on their site... however I was able to do so and even got the confirmation SMS and email.

Worst service ever. Still waiting for the refund.

Super delicious burgers, friendly staff, cosy atmosphere

Poor takeaway service. Max wait time is 70 min, we had to wait 100+ min because the food at the resturant was not ready.
When it arrived, it was stone cold.

The meat lacked flavor as well as the cheese balls. The curled fries were ok.

Probably the best take away burgers you can get in Copenhagen. Very glad they are delivering to the door.

Take away delivery. Terrible dry, tasteless burgers and fries. All tasted like it was cooked days ago, reheated, then left to go cold again before being delivered. Truly horrible, worst burger and fries I have experienced in CPH.
