Very long delivery, missing species in Salt and Vinegar Fries

Only 7 of 9 burgers was the correct one and there were no markings on boxes to identify what was in them.

After 20m on the phone explaining to the driver how to find the address and eventually having to go downstairs to pick it up myself I received my food completely cold. And considering I was on the phone with the company around 80 minutes after ordering only to hear that the food was not yet ready at the restaurant, I would say the responsibility for a bad experience lies with both restaurant and delivery service.

Although our meals could not be bettered, as what we had was fantastic, it was the service that made our visit so special. Friendly service and treatment like this is rare Copenhagen.

Too many tablets, very close together, not enough space for a private conversation. Nice interior design Not enough staff for the tables.
The staff seemed very rushed but they were nice, but they would only visit the tables once ever 20-25mins. They didn't ask us how the food was, and the food itself took a long time to cook.
Food was good, but the overall experience was average unfortunately.

We came for a quick business dinner. It took hour and 5 minuttes before we had the burgers, and very inpolite service.
Never again.

I had a Go Green burger, which is yummy. I can recommend that very much as take away. However, dining in the restaurant is not a great experience. The service is first off very slow - we waited with closed menus for 15 minutes before a waitress came. Also, my juice, which is part of the Go Green menu never came, but they still made me pay for it. (They did give me one to go, after I insisted, but I didn't think I should pay for it as I never had it with my meal) Also, I found when I spoke to the manager about it that she was self righteous and rude and instead of taking my complaint serious, she kept saying that they had told me it would take a few extra minutes for my juice to arrive. (But when it hadn't arrived after 25 minutes and I was done eating, I cancelled it). Would only come back for take away.

They are very detailed when it comes to service and hospitality. The staff is very friendly and the people there seem to enjoy their work. The food is amazing and as healthy as possible! Great atmosphere!
