We had an Amtico floor fitted in a herringbone pattern. It was the cheapest quote. We paid in full on the fitting day. The fitter was excellent and Ash and Mo in the store were really helpful and informative. They gave us a substantial refund as they didn’t need as much screed or trims as they had expected. I was very impressed that they did this when we had already agreed the quote and paid. I am delighted with the floor. Great service and product.

I had a new carpet installed in a bedroom following water damage from a radiator leak. My entire experience with colourbank from contacting them to arrange a measurement to the eventual laying of the carpet was stress free and all the individuals involved in the process were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Colourbank to anyone considering purchasing a new carpet and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We are returning customers to Colourbank for good reason. The showroom staff are knowledgeable and ever helpful without being pushy. The bed and mattress we chose are exactly what we were hoping for; arrived in the promised time period and was competitively priced. The delivery team were great, battling through storm and roadworks to get the goods to us on time. Overall, a refreshingly good experience. Thank you to all the team.

My wife and I went to the cavendish road branch to seek a new Lino floor for our downstairs toilet. We found a couple we liked and first guy who saw was very helpful in giving us a quote.

While we were making our minds up, the first guy had to see other customers, which is fine, so when we was ready we approached another person. I asked them the price again, although it was same price range and his quote was around £20 more so I asked how can that be? With that he was quite rude and abrupt stating perhaps you were not quoted for the glue. Despite this we purchased the one we wanted.

When the day of fitting arrived, the fitter turned up who was a lovely gentleman and did a fanatic job of fitting and it looked brilliant and you can tell it was professionally fitted, so glad I didn’t attempt to do it lol, however no glue was used which is also fine, but the moral of the story is be careful what you are being charged for and although we didn’t, don’t be afraid to ask questions and ask for a refund for anything if you need too.

Would I use colourbank again? Dispite the one rude person, I would probably say yes as the price and quality of what we chose was good.

The service had been great. From our initial and only visit to the store everything was managed and paid for over the phone. And went smoothly.

Fitting went well and they arrived and fitted efficiently. The only thing we are disappointed with os the join line in the carpet. We can see it and it's in a place that it is noticeable and where we can't cover with the sofa etc. We were told it would be near the stairs which would have been great but it runs right in front of the fire place and can't be disguised. Only grumble.

The level of service in store was excellent and the salesmen very helpful. The fitters were very efficient and did an great job.
