Excellent people gave good sound advice on the carpet type. The fitters were extremely polite and arrived on time. They left no mess and were respectful of my newly painted walls. Excellent customer service all round.

We went in with a clear budget in mind and, although we didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, Mo went above and beyond to show us the best options available within our range. Excellent service by the sales team at colour bank. Not pushy and very knowledgeable. Purchased Amtico flooring for my kitchen and hallway. Fitted perfectly by Paul who was very friendly and professional. Being a bit OCD, I found a small scratch on a tile and Paul came back the same day to replace the tile, great service.

Don’t like the mattress told I couldn’t return it. Delivery the bed came without casters, when I asked the delivery guy to check if casters were there, in opening the bed, ottoman, he ripped the underside or the inner lining. Not impressed

Show room help in choosing a carpet just the right approach just lets you get on with viewing and providing info as you need it. Our chap was very friendly and that made our mind up.

Colorbank were really helpful when we went to their showroom in Aylestone. (Especially the gentleman who’s been there for many years) We were working on an Insurance budget and they quickly showed us which carpets we could have for our money. It was the same with the vinyl which we had to chose for the kitchen/utility rooms. The carpet fitters that came were efficient and professional.They had to move some furniture as we were having three rooms carpeted, due to a water leak in the loft. They did this without moaning and got all the carpets laid quicklly and they all looked lovely. Thank you.

If you close at 6pm, you need to make clear that you refuse customers that arrive 20 minutes beforehand. We were waved away by a member of staff at the Cavendish Rd store at 5.40 pm, saying you were closed. Any interest in your business is well and truly over. One sale lost. You may say you never refuse customers, but you did, on Saturday, 29th March, 5.40pm.
