We wanted a softer mattress than our current one. We tried the Durabed medium and really like it because it was much softer. The new mattress delivered was much firmer than the one in the showroom. It was as firm as our old mattress. After 1 week it still felt firm so we went back to your store to try the mattress. There was a noticeable difference. We talked to your salesman and he said this is normal and it will take 2 to 3 months for the mattress to soften. It would have been very helpful and would have prevented a lot of hassle if we were told this when we bought the mattress.

Once we got past the potential issue of the existing floor status, we had our new LVT floor prepped and installed in 48 hours. Since the children are impressed, it must be a job well done.

Always find them to be very helpful and efficient and also able to help with all budgets, was telephoned the day before to say when the fitters were expected, so what's not to like. Very satisfied with everything !!

Mattress seems completely different from what we ordered and not as soft as show room but price was great and matched online price , delivery took a week or so longer than expected.

Guys called before delivery, quicker than time slot and took old one away with fast process.

Ashraf at colourbank was particularly helpful from the initial quotation and measuring to the fitting and after service. I was very happy with the fitting of the LVT and would certainly use colourbank again. Many thanks

Price for supply and fit of our LVT was very competitive. Fit was delayed by surveyor which caused slight problems but when fitters arrived they were excellent and very pleased with end result.
