I had a really disappointing experience with this company. There were multiple errors made on their side – including an incorrect payment amount, wrong address, and incorrect contact number. Instead of taking accountability, their staff member turned up unannounced at my doorstep twice, which felt harassing and completely unprofessional.

Despite raising my concerns, the company has shown no responsibility for their mistakes. I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with them and ensure all details are double-checked in writing.
I have always shopped from here even though it’s a rip off - never again!

From the sales room to product delivery was faultless, courteous fitters and delivery staff.

From start to finish amazing Alex and Daniel friendly quick efficient helpful they even put my fridge freezer back without me asking they hoovered tidied everything away you wouldn’t even know they had been apart from my beautiful new floor

A great service all round
We had the downstairs done with laminate flooring and had such a great service from Colour Bank. Ash was fantastic, he took care of all our needs and queries. The fitters were fantastic too, friendly, efficient and very helpful.

We then had the upstairs fitted with new carpets and the experience was just as good. Overall would highly recommend.

All went smoothly from showroom to delivery. Helpful in showroom and couriers were brilliant.

Arrival was on time very cheerful and pleasant did waste any time in getting on with laying my flooring.

Always able to buy the carpet and underlay that we need and book a fitter to fit it all for us. Steve is an excellent fitter!

Arrived before the time they were supposed to be at our address, polite on arrival, got on with fitting the carpet, they clean and tidy and did a great job with the fitting.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Super company. They came out to measure up and then I went in last week to order a new stair runner. Really welcoming and gave me really good advice as to what to choose and helped me through the process. Very competitive prices and got a great deal. Haven't got the carpet and runner fitted yet but have used before and my mum hasn't long had her whole house carpeted with them and they did a super job. Everyone there is really professional but friendly. So much nicer using a family run business.

They gave great service from beginning to the end done the whole house top to bottom fantastic room by room from April to July as we painted each room great.

We had 2 deliveries. The first team of Mark and Mason were awful. they were obnoxious and argumentative. They refused to take away the packaging. They did not want to unpack the mattresses. I had to complain to Michael at Colourbank. Michael arranged for a second team to collect the packaging. The second team were good and left me satisfied.
