Such a brilliant customer service team! Every time I've had an issue or needed support, the service I have received has been outstanding, with all my queries resolved quickly. Representatives are friendly and informed and I have had a really positive experience whenever I've contacted them.

Why so long
First loan was rejected so waited for about 4 months then I was accepted for an introductory loan which has been great but don’t understand why it takes so long for payment to update on my account. Payment gets taken on 26 from my wages then loan payment gets paid on 01 of month. My last loan repayment was made on 01 of February but is still showing up as of 21 February as not paid even though it’s gone out of my wages Tried to get in touch with no joy unable to access any money saved . It shouldn’t take a month to go through surely
