Our flight was just cancelled out of the blue. Then the process of us having to cancel everything else attached was ahead of us. Compare Parking Deals was AMAZING. Immediate response and full refund. They are my go to parking!

STAY WELL CLEAR!! BOOKED THREW THESE ONCE BOOKED THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED TO RING THEM 30 MINS BEFORE ARRIVAL SO DID JUST THAT THE PHONE JUST KEPT RINGING AND RINGING FINALLY THEY PICKED UP AND ANSWERD IN A COCKEY MANNER THEY JUST THE PHONE DOWN THEN BLOCKED OUR NUMBER SO HAD TO RE BOOK ANOTHER LAST MIN!! PLEASE AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE I WILL BE TAKING THINGS FURTHER WITH THIS COMPANY AN ABSOLUTE disgrace

Title says it all to be fair, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Extremely Rude and arrogant staff. Booked Drop off and Collection from Gatwick Airport, met but a not helpful member of the Team. Paid an extra £5 parking ticket.
Sadly for me I booked the wrong return date, so along with waiting 4 hours to get my car back (understandable) I was given a hard time by rude staff moaning about this mistake. Then to be told I will be charged an extra £50 for my mistake. On top of this I was given another parking ticket for a further £5 on leaving car park. Fuming. Would never use again and would tell anyone I could to avoid this company. Awful service, awful people!!

My flights were cancelled put of Heathrow. Spoke to Sam on chat who refunded the parking cost and gave me a discount code for future bookings. Great service.

Departure (meet and greet specifically booked):

1) The 'company' were 30 minutes late - causing serious stress, i even phoned them 45 minutes before I arrived. (I have call logs of this and then call logs of me calling him 30 mins after i arrived repeatedly)
2) He made me meet him in a car park and pay a £10 ticket to the carpark (this means the price on your site is not reflective of the actual deal, small print like this needs to be declared as I would have rather this be in the cost)
3) He then drove my car off at serious speed in a packed car park!, which was just insulting to watch (it's a nice car)

(we discussed that I had booked a 3am arrival, but the actual time was 3pm, which he said was fine and amended the booking which seemed no trouble with no charges, I think he knew from the flight number it was wrong.

Arrival:

1) Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, I phoned him from Spain as soon as I found out he said it would be a £15 fee. fair enough.
2) I called when we had collected luggage, and he directed me to a 'road behind orange car park' when went there and it was a main road with no curbs, outside of a busy airport, and over a fence. I have a 7 month old baby and this was disgraceful and incredibly dangerous plus maybe illegal. I phoned him when I arrived and said i can't meet here, it's way too dangerous, with luggage a wife and a newborn. He said to meet back in the terminal.
3)We went back to the terminal (easy 45 mins had passed since our first call) and they were late again, maybe by 90 minutes (i have call logs) while i wait with a baby.
4) the driver turns up, not in my car, but in a dirty really unhygienic saloon. This is where it gets criminal; We have 5 cases and a newborn. I call the main guy again and he said 'the driver was too scared to drive your car as it was too big for him' (I have a Jeep). My Jeep has our baby seat in, and it large for our cases, This is the exact reason i booked meet and greet!!
5) We have no choice but to get in this car, amongst rubbish, with a guy with no mask and cases illegally loaded and unsecured and a baby on my wife's lap. He asks for my card to leave the airport (another £7 charge not stated on your site, so far it's £17 more than your stated price) he then insists on my pin to enter the machine, I cant get out and do it on the exit machine as the car is so badly packed.
6) He then drives without a mask for 20 mins to a empty field where my car is parked, without any security or people around.
7) The driver then demands I pay him £10 extra for the late fee, at which point i say, well I paid for meet and greet, so let's just call it quits. he refused to give me my keys, and being aware I have my baby, i don't know the guy, this is obviously a dodgy situation and we're in a field in the middle of nowhere I end up agreeing to pay, he insists on cash or a bank transfer, I BACs this guy's personal account as I'd would actually like a paper trail at this point as I want to report this to the police.

They refunded me £20, with a 2 line apology email. BEWARE HIDDEN CHARGES - cheaper just to book through people themselves like purple parking

Awful ‘company’! Avoid.

Booked with them at Stanstead. Demanded £10 for parking in a 30 mins free parking bay. Very aggressive when I asked for a receipt. I had two children in the car who were scared - Stanstead car parking security has this all on camera and took care of me and children. After confronting me at 3am, they left calling me a ‘w@nker’ because I wouldn’t leave my car with them.

I will be sending my issue to trading standards as I don’t expect a refund!

I had to book separate car parking with Stanstead that morning!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I was left at Birmingham Airport with no collection service.

The excuses offered where absolutely ridiculous from we have no drivers because of covid, we can get to you in 40 mins, we can't get to you for an hour and a half, leave your car and we will collect it, we don't have the booking reference, we will collect your car but you will need to pay us again.

All these excuses were offered over two phone calls with a guy called Mo from Blue Circle Parking. It seems the owner of Blue Circle Parking also owns a company running from Heathrow which is equally slated with similar issues.

We had to book in the NCP with £47 a day Parking rates as there where no other carparks open at Birmingham due to covid restrictions.

My email to Compare Parking Deals was directly responded to by Blue Circle Parking which again makes me think these companies are connected.

After 6 days, no response, no credit refund and probably a £360 bill when we land back into Birmingham.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BLUE CIRCLE.

I got great experience, driver was on time to pick up my car and was able to get the car back in time, in good condition as i left it

Avoid Avoid Avoid. booked my car for meet n greet at Heathrow. Luckily I taken the picture of the millage. They drove our car for 280 miles and gave less than half of tank full back although it was given to them full. loads of damage caused to the body, tires and rims plus one broken side mirror. absolutely disgusting service

All companies listed on this website are fake and owned by a single person. Aviod!!!

My experience....
On drop off day: I followed the instructions given, when I arrived at the airport, no one was there to collect my car. I call the company, and the operator said the driver would be there in 10 mins. No-one turned up till 30 min. I call back, and the operator said the police stop his driver and he can't be there. I can hide the keys under the tyre and take the flight, and someone will collect the car later. I insisted that someone must collect the car while I'm here. The operator sounds very suspicious and kept changing his statement. Long story short, the driver arrived just 1:30 hours before my flight and left without giving me any paperwork. I was in a rush to catch the flight too.

While the car parked: I noted the mileage on drop off day. The parking location is just 8 miles away from the airport. When I collected my car, there was a difference of ~49 miles on the day I collected my car, so someone has been driving the car around, and my car's gearbox is also having an issue which was not the case when I left my car.

On collection day: My car was not at the pick location when I arrived. I called the operator, and he told me that someone would deliver my car after 2 hours. However, I was in a rush to be at home. I took the cab to the parking location and collected the car, which was not a big deal.

I found this company untrusted, suspicious and not reliable. Please don't leave your car with them. The operator tries to act very smartly, pretend that multiple people work in his company. However, it is the same guy who deals with booking, collects and drops off cars. He speaks in different fake accents, pretends to be the other person. Avoid!!!

My Friend Mr.G had to pay 15 for turning up few minutes early and 15 for collecting few hours early, on top of that had to collect car himself with about 20 litres of petrol gone, obviously they were using the car, had to fill it up. Very stressful, never ever going to use them. Used in Feb/Mar 2021.

Do not use, save yourself the stress and spend a little more on secure parking. This was awful, service, rude unhelpful and had to pay for barrier at airport. Extra £10.00 for arriving back 3 days early then tried to give us the wrong vehicle. Never use these muppets again.

Paid £60 plus admin fees to park at Stansted for 7 days. They advertise parking in Meet and Greet but it is not the case and most of all after being paid over £60, They are asking further £8 to be paid to the airport as in reality their parking is outside of the airport. I tried to cancel the booking within 10 minutes of booking but they are not answering to my emails. This company is complete cheat.

Paid for valet parking at Gatwick, with cancellation fee and extra for text message. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled, so I rang their office to cancel and was told they had no record of my booking and no money had been taken. Looked at credit card statement later and the money had been taken. I rang their office again, they said I need to email them for the money back. I have since emailed them 3 times with my details, but have not received any money back yet. WOULD NOT USE THESE AGAIN.

Terrible service, totally dodgy on all levels. Do not use!!!!

Paid in full, in February, for parking in December.
Flight date is changed, try to contact to update date and time, all phones not answering, account is suspended. Thanks god its happen before fly, (BOOKED ANOTHER COMPANY). No answers, no refund. Unhappy

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Nationwide Airport Parking cannot be trusted. The arrangements and communication were shambolic. But worst of all, the loose change that I leave in my car was stolen taken whilst it was in their car. Bunch of thieves.

We wanted to park and ride to Manchester Airport in October 2020 and chose and paid through Travel Extra Deals Limited,as it offered a good price and were directed to 'Lode Hill Farm' through Compare Parking Deals. We did a 'dry run' prior to the holiday date and were glad we did - having found 'Lode Hill Farm', (it was up a country lane off Altrincham Road) we drove onto the site, which was basically the unkempt field/garden of a house. Cars were parked haphazardly all over the place, including on what appeared to be outside of the confines of the site, in the country lane. We had absolutely no faith in the security of the car or whether it would be undamaged on our return, so we cancelled our booking despite, losing £16.95 of the £42.94 paid. I cannot state that leaving your vehicle here would be risky, but that was our first impression

Compare parking deals are just a site to book cheap carparking threw.

DONT USE NATIONWIDE AIRPORT PARKING

they never showed up and we got stuck with a bill for £205 plus the fee we paid for the orginal parking over £300 just for parking.

they will not answer the phone the numbers given on the mandate dont exist and you will be stressed and anxious about actually making your holiday at all they do this all the time and the short stay carpark guard told me that no one ever turns up from them.

pay a little extra and get a trusted company or park and rise where you take your car safely and ontime to parking sites near gatwick
