AVOID. I booked in advance, but didnt receive confirmation until 3 days after I went away. The confirmation provides the details of who to call to arrange collection of the car, hence without this we could not use the service I had paid for. We had an early flight and the office doesn't open until 9am so I could not call them for it. I therefore had to find another provider on the way to the airport, which cost more as last minute. To date no response to around 4 emails I have sent. Although I was told on the phone I would receive a refund, 10 days later this hasnt been received

It was so easy to make the reservation online. Gave peace of mind knowing we had a reserved spot. The parking lot was super easy to navigate. Can’t forget the great pricing, so affordable! We had a late flight and a Uber was unreliable or super expensive.

Awful. Stuck outside for an hour as was the guy before us and the lady behind us. One guy driving like a crazy person.

In the event that I had to cancel my parking or change it, just
call CTE and they can solve my problem in just a minute..they talk like a friend they are excellent and take great care.
I have NEVER had a problem with them.
I would recommend EVERYONE use it!

This was one of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had.Not only did it take 1.5 hours for Park GB (recommended by CTE as their cheapest parking supplier at Gatwick airport) to return our car to the meeting point in North Terminal. THis was in -2 temperatures at 11.45pm - 1.15am in the morning with no updates from their customer services team - who 3 times hung up the phone on us! They repeatedly lied to us when we did get to speak to them, saying the car was 10-15 minutes away, which meant we had to wait in the cold, and refused to give us the address where the car was being stored so we couldn't get an uber to the car. Absolutely pathetic. Do not use this company

This was my first time using CTE and I loved it! Service was great from start to finish and it was so nice to have my car warm and ready when we got back!!

In a word, absolute shambles. Firstly, the postcode for the carpark doesn't actually leads to the carpark site but 500 yards at the wrong side of a bridge. Twice calling the number provided, speaking with a person with no real clue about the lay of the land, eventually lead us to a carpark with no signage or any facilities and that was only the start of the confusion.
Despite the email confirmation we received the carpark attendant didn't have any details of my booking. He studied the email confirmation and reluctantly let me park up. No receipt was given for my keys, I should have turned away and find somewhere else but time wasn't available. No minibus transfer available instead the person took us in an old Audi with a full booth hence, our suitcase on the back seat, to the train station and shuttle to the airport.
On return, on monday at 21:00, I phoned to arrange the pick up and the saga continued.
The person answering the phone said, sorry you are not on the list, we are not open. After explaining my name and registration number the person said, sorry but your not on my list and, continued, to ask for my name again and said I will call you back. And, he did 10 minutes later only to ask again for my registration number and hung up. I called him back again and the person said that he found my car and would try to pick us up, in all, an hour wait and a final call to be told that a driver was on its way. Sadly the driver, a brother of the carpark guy was a young person who didn't know the pickup area but that was fixed after yet another call or two.
If this all sounds funny, it wasn't. A total shambles.

Absolutely shocking service

Upon arrival they were 30 minutes late.... The driver that came to collect my car asked me for money to get out of the car park at terminal 5 Heathrow, even though I had already paid!

On the way back we caught a earlier flight, we called to advise. Upon arrival ack to Terminal 5 we were delayed leaving the plane so I txt to advise this. Then 4 phone calls and over a hour later they finally delivered my car back to me. Once delivered I was advised they are 5 minutes from the airport, so why an hour late?

They are rude, incompetent. I wouldn’t trust the reviews on their website

No question about it, we will always use CTE when we travel from ABROAD....

Not a very professional company. You are met in the short stay car park then charged an extra £4 for them to get your car out of the short stay car park. On return I phoned as instructed. When I
we got to the car park the car was not there We had to wait another 15mins for the car to arrive then to be told that we needed to pay another £4 at the machine to get out of the short stay car park.
I will not be using this company again.

I originally booked for my car to be dropped off at 6:30 on 15th November at Terminal 4. Unfortunately our hotel alarm went off at 4am and we were up early. I called the number to see if we could drop the car off early. This is supposed to be a 24/7 company. I clearly woke the person up. I asked if it would be possible to drop off at 5am instead. I was told this was not possible and the earliest he could do was 6am. I agreed that 6 would be ok and asked to confirm this definitely would be the case which he said it would. I got to the short stay carpark at 6. He then turned up at 6:40 40 minutes after he agreed and 10 minutes after the original quoted time. This cost me an extra £12 in parking. On the return I rang to ask the car to be delivered and had to wait 30 minutes for it to be delivered. I will never be using this company again as I have had much better service from others.

Second time using CTE parking, and I was just as impressed and happy this time with the service I received as I was the first time. I can’t say enough about the ease of the whole process and the excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend

Very poor service when collecting. It makes it worse with the driver's behavior. It took almost an hour after I called them and the driver is shouting back over the phone. Although we furnish which flight we are landing the CTE is not prepared to deliver the vehicle.

Regularly leave my car at CTE parking and have experienced nothing but efficiency, courtesy and first class service. Always recommend them more. First class.Means Only First Class!

I reserved CTE parking for 3 days because I want to go due to some work. There customer sevice team helped me out when I had some time constraints. They were all very nice.

Best website I have used so far. Customer service staff always friendly and couldn't do enough to help when i had to amend my booking. Would recommend them to anyone.

This is the first time, I used their company and have to say I was really impressed as they have good staff and good service.

Their company is really professional and helpful. My vehicle was left in exactly same condition which I left it there.

Awful service from Central Airport Parking via CTE. Was waiting for over 1.5 hours for my car only to be threatened by the driver when we called to see where he was at. My Call was cut off multiple times to avoid answering my call. I originally called after collecting my luggage (like they ask) only to wait 1.5 hours in the cold as I was told it was only “5 minutes away”. These people are highly unprofessional, rude, threatening and should be avoided at all costs. Terrible service, would not recommend even as a last resort would rather pay for a taxi than be treated like this! This was the number that rang me on to abuse and threaten me... and said they would return my car....they should be stopped!!! 07762148289. AVOID them.
