Had a shocking experience !
Had a shocking experience using a meet and greet service at Stanstead airport. Instructions for drop off where wrong or not as the staff wanted. Then I had to wait half an hour (lucky I was early for the flight) , because the attendant left his phone in the previous car . On my return I called up at baggage as instructed, only to be met by a busy tone for 25 mins of constant ringing !! Very stressful at 3 am !
Compare travel customer service after was also shocking and was told it was all tough luck as far as they where concerned.
