I stupidly but innocently got involved with this company, thinking I was communicating with another legitimate company. (Don’t know how they got my email address)
I immediately contacted them and told them that I did not intend to do business with them and that some mistake had been made. I was told that my details would be removed from their database.
I thought that was the end of the matter but they communicated with me soon after that. I have blocked their number and my email address.
These people are unscrupulous and won’t be surprised if they find a way of communicating with me but if and when I they do I will report them to Action Fraud and the relevant police department.

It's been over 5 years since I submitted a claim for a delayed international flight and I have been ghosted.
I have been sending them emails periodically and they finally replied, well beyond the time that I could claim directly through the airline. Their initial reply was that they are waiting for another claim in hopes to give me more money back but I believe this is a scam. I have no idea why their reviews are so high.

Scam do not use they will steal your compensation and never get back to you avoid at all cost

So it has been 2 years now and they will have not gotten back to me about my flight claim! They do not answer their phones and my last review got reported by them and then deleted( Although it was accurate and true!)

Where is an update and where is my money!!!

I got proof of payment from air company. However I never received money, compensation claims GB took it for themselves.

All the reviews about this company scamming you out of money on here are true! They will keep telling you that they don’t have your ID (I have proof on email that I have sent this 4 times) and then begin to send you threatening emails saying that you owe them money for not sending the documents (that you have already sent)… seriously I don’t know how these people sleep at night. OBVIOUS scammers. I have reported to trading standards/ Northampton council/ the police and they are all aware of this ‘company’ already! I urge you to do the same if you get scammed. Their number is 01604 632255 although tried a million times and haven’t got through - their mailbox is full as well, probably full of similar people wanting to know why they think they can scam innocent people.

Opened a case year ago, sent them few mails since then, they responded last time in January, since then, nothing.

I came back from holidays, due to delay in flights i just messaged them to get some information, they instead kept emailing me to give them all the details which i ignored as i got an apology letter from the airline.
Now after almost 4-5 months they are sending me threatening emails to take me to manchester county court because i need to pay them £940!
Seriously for what reason? What exactly did you do for me? Kept emailing me when i clearly told you i don't want to go further i just needed information!
They are a big fraud! Scammers! Dont fall for them! Absolutely ridiculous!
Do NOT go to them for anything! Noy even information!
Instead i should sue them for emailing me nonsense when i told them i am not interested and then sending me threatening emails!

They are trying to scam me saying I owe them money for a service that they did not provide. They contacted me 1 and a half years later to say that I owe them money, they are utterly ridiculous. AVOID THEM

I never received compensation from them,and they didn’t help me in any way!
Now sending me threats to take me to court😆 for not paying them 300£ for nothing !!! Ridiculous people

If you receive a letter from some solicitors demanding you owe them some debt. Ignore the letter. It is completely fake.

The letter will have additional forms for you to complete (dispute debt, provide all your details inc financial info) but the “solicitors” directly will not provide you with the further information such as why you have a debt or contact number of the company who you apparently owe a debt too.

It will mention the forms to be part of ‘Pre Action Protocol’ for debit claims. This ‘Pre Action Protocol’ is real however the letter does not follow it. It has no evidence of the goods or services you took out and when you took it out.

If you ever used the above to try and find out if you are eligible for flight compensation then you data has been mis-used.

You can report the company to Action Fraud and as for mis using your personal data you can complain to ICO

It is highly recommended that you claim directly from the airline. This company is good in one thing, harrassing you for payment of services that you have not availed from them. They have retrieved my personal information payment receipt from the airline containing my bank details which is a violation of the GDPR act. The funny thing is that they are threatening me to pay for the compensation that I have received directly from the airline, not from them.
Now they are threatening me to take me to court. I have to keep fighting this battle.
I have sent them emails numerous times as to how I am entiled to pay them or for what services I need to pay them. They don't documents to prove that, how will they?

My last post was removed and no response from Trustpilot as to why, It never stated anything that hasn't been said by many other reviews that are still on here!!!... Anyway my advice to people is to read all the negative reports and take note about this company.. There are other sites such as yell.com with stories of people being scammed.

SCAM - Avoid they will keep harassing you to pay for the service for nothing.

Sadly worthy of no stars. I enquired about flight compensation with air help. Since then I’ve been receiving unwanted emails from this scammers. Now sending me invoices for services they have no done. And when I email to acquire details about what the hell they are on about, I receive nothing until I finally received “ you signed the contract so “ laughable and ridiculous. Please report to trading standards if stung. Stay well away from these scammers. Do not pay any money to them. Trying to take advantage of people and in this day and age completely unacceptable.

Submitted an enquiry 2 years ago for a claim through Ryanair and had no reply until yesterday where I have been sent an invoice for £500!! AVOID

One week after sending me their first invoice, for doing absolutely nothing, they kept increasing the invoice every time we communicated (few times a week), they are unprofessional and after your money for doing nothing. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

I made an enquiry only an enquiry as I have never had a flight delay before Pop up appeared on social media BIG mistake I was inundated with emails from them saying I needed to sign to see what I was entitled to. The day after my husband got a call

Out what he was owed directly. This week 7 months after the event I receive an invoice from this company asking me for £377. My husband only received 400 euros from Jet2. This company were not instructed to act on my behalf and did nothing. They did t send anything in the post I have called and tried to sort it out and the “lady” in their customer service sept is downright rude and threatening she hung up on me three times and since then I am being inundated with emails demanding I pay. AVOID

No fuss, not pages of paperwork.

I have sent an e-mail about cheque to Metro Bank and to Compensation Claims GB, but I didn't receive any answer.
