i recently had experience with them

i recently had experience with them. they didnt solve my claim. they send me 2 different invoice for engaging their service they called. one of the invoice for £191 and the other one £320
i have to seek legal advice to deal with them.
do not let them to rip you off

DO NOT USE CCGB

Please please do not use this company.
You make an inquiry and the next minute the are hounding you with ridiculous invoices for work they have never completed. A total scam.
Go elsewhere for your compensation and do not use this awful company. They are niw trying to get the review removed. Don't trust the good reviews you see on here, i doubt they are real. I have contact with too many people in the same situation as myself and all the other bad reviews, to believe these positive reviews.

Cancelled flight claim

I would not have get the same results, if I had done the claim by myself. Professional help will do the job. They did a perfect job.

Managed to get us our money back but…

Managed to get us our money back but had very little communication from them...Eventually got a cheque with no letter of explanation or costs..
They did well to get any money fromJet2 however who are renowned for being as awkward as possible.

holiday delay

Very good kept me informed what was going on even though the company that caused the delay weren’t forth coming with a payment for nearly 12mths

Not sure if it's a joke or just…

Not sure if it's a joke or just absolute incompetence?

Below response is incorrect and negates to mention I was asked for and supplied the information over 10 times and never received a response other that the boiler template asking for said information. I was delayed more than 3 hours.

Stay Away!

Total Scam!
We inadvertently signed up and are now going through a complaints process to try and avoid paying the ridiculous invoice they sent through for having done nothing. Stay well clear!

According to our records, you signed our contract terms and conditions which were presented to you prior to signing. You then uploaded this in a durable format together with our letter of engagement in line with current legislation. You then breached the contract. We have made considerable effort to resolve the matter amicably. Slanderous statements on the media are viewed very seriously. You are falsely under the impression that the invoice will not be chased. Also, you are under the illusion that we will not be pursuing you for defamation.

We offered you the opportunity to correct this matter and once again you have failed to take the extremely generous offer up. You would do well to take legal advice. If you have any doubts whatsoever of intentions, please read this again. Costs awarded in cases like this can run into many thousands and any right-thinking person would be fully aware of this.
