My review of this company is constantly being removed. I am constantly harassed by them for payment, although I have not received any compensation. All bad reviews seem to disappear, leaving only 5 star ones.

not even worth the star ... steer clear of these scammers ... they bombard you with unsolicited emails, and ignore requests to stop sending emails ... scummy business practices would be considered complimentary!

Stay away, it's a scam, made an online enquiry and was bombarded with automated emails texts etc.claiming I owe them money! Zero stars

Clicked on this website after having a late flight , looked into it then realised I could go directly through the airline so claimed through them. Never instructed this company to claim for me nor did I give any details or permission. Year later now and I am hounded with phone calls invoices and CCJ threats. Never known anything like it , they even try and haggle over the invoice price , all bullying and con work to force you to pay. Stay well away from this company they are very nasty and won’t leave you alone!

Got half my money back after a 24 hour delay with BA due to strikes. It took a while because I didn’t have my tickets handy, but still got some money back so that’s good.

Marvellous, I was treated like a VIP client.

Excellent work! Thank you for facilitating my claim! It took months but still surprised to receive a a cheque via post.

The process took awhile but it was relatively stress free to provide the information. Compensation claims GB was the only firm willing to take on the claim and saw it through to the end. Our cheque was sent to our old address and we would have appreciated a call prior to sending it out, but we did eventually received it. Thank you for your time.

My daughter started an application, never completed it. never gave a phone number. She is now receiving 'estimated invoices' for over £1200. they say she signed a contract on line, she did not. The costs on the estimated invoice include such things as 'Court costs', where there has been no court case. This does not tie in with their front page website that proclaims 'No win, No Fee'. The directors are being prosecuted by Northampton Traded services, trial scheduled in January. Negative reviews on here get taken down. no doubt this will be too. You should look through the stream on this and see the number of taken down posts. I do not believe the positive posts. My opinion is this company should be avoided. Others I know about are threatened by them with emails, phone calls and the police have been informed by people on Action Fraud Uk. There are a nasty lot in my view, my daughter is vunerable and very upset. Some people have been threatened with court action for negative reviews on here. Avoid!

keep Away. Shocking & major scam
What a shocking illegitimate business. Bullies, liars and scam artists. They have all the trust pilot reviews reported so when doing due diligence you don’t see all the mess they’ve caused other people. Thank fully Facebook don’t remove reviews. So trust these over any others.

They start by showing up first on google, accompanied by a FAKE review site with shining 5 star reviews. You go onto their site to see if you have a ‘claim’ which results in them super imposing a signature you supplied for the airline and not them to a contract that they ensure you feel bound to.

They harass with emails and extra fees. My compensation I received which I retrieved myself came with a bill from them of £100 over what I had received from the airline.

They don’t use their full names on the end of emails and won’t give their full name either. Their company is reportedly dissolved on companies house yet they turned over millions from scamming people like myself.

Please don’t go near them, and ask for help on how you can pursue a claim yourself directly through the airline.

If you have already been stung do not let them get away with it. Fight it till the end.

During the last 3 months, 60+ very unhappy customers felt the need to setup a Facebook group and page (affirmative Action CCGB). I have never before witnessed such poor customer service. The whole process will drain all your spear time for months

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - otherwise, it will cost you..

I have ask them to work on a claim regarding my delayed flight. They have not done anything to get compensation. Due to their inactivity, I finally obtained money in a different way. It is almost one year later now and they are still chasing me with some obsurdly big invoices.

Actually NO STARS.

Scam. Scam. Scam. They tell you all is in hand they will chase the airline then land you with an invoice despite no compensation. Don't touch with a barge pole.

I myself have had an invoice from this company. I was looking online for my mother as she is terrible with computers. I started setting up the claim but didnt follow through as obviously i didnt have her fligh documents, due to her flying out 4 months previously. You cant go any further with the form if you dont have any documents about the flight, So i closed the web page and left it at that.
From then onwards ive had to deal with them hounding my email box and phone with texts asking for my mothers documents. I emailed them about 8 days after, stating i didnt want them to deal with the claim on behalf of my mother and to stop emailing me. They waited till it was past the 14 day period to send me an invoice. Beforehand they had still been sending emails asking for my mums documents. I totally think they did this on purpose. Thankfully i kept the emails, also i have reported them for fraud and been in touch with my daughters uncle who is a solicitor. I didnt even follow through with the form, so how on earth could they come up with my mother owing them money.

I'm afraid same as many others, total scam company which I have reported to trading standards. Enqs on website led to bombardment of emails and now demand for 500 pounds despite not instructing then. Repeated emails claiming terms and conditions. I'm expecting the threats to start next but no contract, no work means no payment for anything. This is fraud in my view
