Do not use this company
I submitted everything they asked for twice through their online portal.
They continued to ask me for the same Info repeatedly.
I believe this is a tactic designed to keep you working with them past the 14 day cooling off period.
Finally I gave up and asked them to cancel my claim as I found them to be incompetent.
They sent me a large invoice and several threatening emails.
What started as a simple claim has resulted in them attempting to charge me over 1000 pounds.
Personally, I am fully prepared to go to court if necessary.
In these tough times, it is a great shame to come across this company and read how they have caused fear and financial hardship for so many.
Surely that is not a good reason to do business.
They are a bad company, do not use them.
Please report to actionfraud.police.uk
If you after any flight compensation just go to the airline website and they have their own form to fill in (for free), that is very easy!!! Please report this organisation to actionfraud.police.uk and don't make any payments. Please save UK from scam and unnecesary problems. Only you can save and stop crime because if you just write comment here, it doesn't make difference. Bad thing needs to be reported and country needs to be saved.
Compensationclaimsgb kept 60% of our compensation
Claimed for a cancelled flight from Europe to the UK. After chasing them from about 8 months, Total compensation received from the airline 210£ (apparently). Compensation received by us 85£. Compensationclaimsgb charges deducted from our compensation 125£. Therefore, Compensationclaimsgb kept 60% of the compensation as charges. We feel completely defrauded. Don't bother with them. Look for other services.
This is what they claim on their website as of today. I can assure you from personal experience that it is not true.
"We limit the costs we can charge on your case under the terms of our Conditional Fee Agreement. This means that however much work we need to do to settle your claim we will never charge you more than our agreed rate. Our Service Fee is 25% + VAT of the total compensation. The result is that you get the best possible service whilst retaining the majority of your compensation, without ever having to worry about finding the money to pay an unexpected legal bill."
This is the worst company ever
This is the worst company ever. I unloaded my documents regarding my claim but kept getting emails to upload them, now they sent me a bill of £269 and are pastering me to pay every day for a services they did not provided. Shameful. Stay away.
Compensationclaimsgb Fraud!!! Beware
If you're in doubt as to whether to pay the invoice of £118 or more from these shambolic company. Please seek legal advise and get in touch with trading standards before paying them a penny.
Mistake was me paying off the invoice but actually got my compensation money from a more professional and an actual legit company called Bott and Co.
Meanwhile, I have posted and discussed this review everywhere else and informed all my colleagues, family and so on to steer clear from these cowboys. They are scammers!!!
CC4U never again!!!!
I engaged their services in Nov 2019 after a cancelled flight from London to Africa. It all seemed ok at first until I received an email and a text stating that my case had been referred to a solicitor to handle. Then I asked the name of the solicitor but got no response. Finally, got in touch and they still could not give a name of their so-called solicitor. Then received another e-mail saying they have placed my case on hold as they were awaiting a decision on another case similar to mine. Really!! I requested for any evidence they had actually forwarded my case to BA. But nothing was provided. Then did some digging from Company House, which I should have done in the first place to find out more about CC4U. Let's just say there were lots of RED FLAGS which caught my attention but was too late.
I would advise anybody considering to take up their services to first check out this company via Company House and get proper and a broad review from Trustpilot, Google reviews and not those other fake review websites that get a fee or some kind of endorsement from companies such as CC4U GB.
Whatever you do, avoid like a plague as it would be in your best interest to go to the Airline itself or other bonafide reputable companies/firms.
Huge scam
Huge scam. This entity claimed that I had sent in a claim through their service. And I received a request of payment for their services. At first I believed they were the company I had used. After following up they sent me copies of my signature (which was not mine) after I mentioned that. They indicated they had images of my tickets and documents. I suggested that this was still in error and they said I would have to pay otherwise. So we made accommodations for payment. As I did not want to drag this any further. I attempted to send them payment via Xoom. On two separate attempts with the information they provided the funds came back. They then sent me another request, adding significant costs, doubling their fee. What I found most disconcerting is their lack of communication. I replied several times to them and did not hear back. So as any would assume, we’d been squared away. NOPE! I got another email stating that it was a “FORMAL DEMAND” at this point I had sent the funds through my wife’s account and received a SWIFT transaction confirmation etc. I sent this information along with an email. No response still.
After waiting a couple of days I received another email stating that I would be given 7 days before further action could be taken. In this time I received notification from the bank that the funds were returned again. An issue on their end.
So I’ve attempted to use a couple of legitimate payment mediums and have had zero success. Therefore this has lead me to believe that this company is a scammer. I have indicated to them to break contact with me as I have attempted several times to pay. And the only other means is to send a cheque or money order... huge red flag to me.
Update: I offered to remove my review if they rectified the matter. They refused to make any negotiations even though I exclaimed that I did not engage their services. They suggested as an option, “ If it assists you we might be able to take payment over the phone however this would be to another company and have the money transfered over to ourselves.“
WHAT KIND OF LEGITIMATE BUSINESS HAS TO DO THIS!?!
I inquired of which business they would use as an intermediary, so I may practice due diligence. They did not answer.
STAY AWAY
Issues with my file, but they sorted it out
I had issues with my file, but the Compensation Claims GB team sorted it out and kept in good touch with me throughout, taking my calls and replying very promptly to my emails. Just a little piece of advice for novices like me, though: always contact the flight company and try sorting out the compensation with them directly, before you try going through another system - I now know that this is how flight compensations usually work.

Stay away from them!
The worst 'service provider' I have ever experienced. They wont provide any services and try to charge you ridiculous money (£500 +) for breaching the contract you have never signed. Very dodgy, please do stay away for your own good.
ok but not great
We received our compensation but there was a long wait with not a lot of correspondence from them.

Cancelled Flight Fefund
For my wife and myself. Our flight from Amsterdam to New York KLM was cancelled at the gate without any notice. Compensation Claim did the job to get our money fully refunded, the only thing we had to do was our name, flight number, and signature, the rest was taking care by Compensation claim . 8 weeks later e-mail with the message bank Checks on its way to you.
5 ***** from us

Company does not seem legit!
My bill is now £420.00 and they have done nothing for me, they certainly did not obtain any compensation for a delayed flight. I am in my 70s, self isolating for 3 months, classed as extremely vulnerable for coronavirus, and live alone. My daughter has been trying to ring this company, as she is outraged by this, but there is no reply. Their emails are far from professional with spelling errors which send out warnings. The first invoice to me was sent by recorded delivery but they did not even have the correct name of town where I lived! It is scare tactics and I do not know who to go to for help with this matter.
Due to constant emails, I have now paid the invoice from CCGB, which eventually amounted to £454.57, and money has been taken out of my bank account. I cannot believe this company is still sending emails regarding this. Completely unscrupulous team who should be investigated to avoid further stress to people.
Horrifically bad company
Horrifically bad company- did not get the compensation for me but keep bombarding me with emails and calls demanding payment! Shocking company. Reporting them. DO NOT USE GUYS! AT ALL. Phoned them to leave me alone- barely spoke english, terrible customer service, useless responses and still will not leave me alone.
AVOID!!! They forcing you to sign docs by any means. Stay away
My wife had a flight delay and I been looking for someone who can deal with the claim. Spoken to couple of companies including compensationclaimsgb but decided to appoint different company with more positive reviews. Since then my wife is receiving 14 emails every single day for a 2 weeks (7 emails in the morning and 7 in the night) forcing her to sign the documents. We sent them 3 emails asking to remove from the data list and stops bombarding with the emails. They just simply ignoring and keep doing the same every day. And there is no option to unsubscribe. Reported to ico.gov.uk
4 weeks now on. Still keep bombarding us with 7 emails in the morning and 7 emails in the evening forcing to sign the contract. They must be completely have lost their brains not to understand that we will never ever sign anything with them. I think we should bring this case to the police to stop them. They should be shut down and investigated.
Excellent service
Excellent service, it took a while to get the compensation, but was worth it

Happy Australians
To receive compensation was unexpected. It was easy and we just had to wait. The job was done for us.
In Australia we don’t have this sort of claims system. So thank you.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A COMPLETE AND UTTER SCAM! They do no work whatsoever and then send ridiculous invoices of £100’s demanding money for a service they never provided. They way they conduct business is disgusting so I hope my review prevents others having to go through what I have. They have already been taken to court by Trading Standards under another name and therefore Trading Standards have taken statements from us all to take them down again using this name. PLEASE JUST GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINE AS THEY GIVE YOU COMPENSATION FOR FREE – I WISH I KNEW THIS AT THE TIME!!!
