I have used this company for 14 years and they are by far the best company I have dealt with. They clearly dedicate themselves to first class customer services across their entire workforce and includes the owner who leads his staff by example. I would recommend them to anyone getting an alarm or CCTV exceptional service.

Great service from Contact Security. Annual service completed by young knowledgeable gentleman. Checked all alarm settings and batteries changed, arrived at time I requested and was done in 20-30 minutes. Smart dressed in Contact Security workwear . Great service which I’m used to as I have been a customer for coming up on 8 years .

Absolutely amazing service from Johnny/Jonny (sorry if ive got the spelling wrong) the Engineer Manager who has helped us a couple of times on the phone and again today with a service call. An absolute gem of a guy and a true credit to Contact Security, nothing has been a problem when speaking to him on the phone and again today face to face he always sorts anything we have asked about there and then. He is exactly what we have come to expect when we have had any reason to call or had any engineers out at our Camera & Security System from Contact Security who are an outstanding company who we would always recommend them as they are and always have been spot on but Johnny/Jonny your were absolutely stand out 👍

Very happy with the way the process went. From making the enquiry until we agreed to the installation everything was easy to understand and explained well. George who called at the house took us through what Contact provided and the system they installed. There was no feeling of a hard sell.
The installation went well and the guys that came went through everything they would do.
Have to say we would recommend Conact over other alarm companies.

Friendly Company
Always really friendly people to deal with no matter the issue. The engineer Ryan for my service was very polite/respectful even offering to change the alarm to silent before setting it off as not to disturb my newborn. Great company with great employees.

Well done - Up to a point!
The installation of the replacement equipment was fast and well done. However the removal of the old stuff was rather different with the old control box left in situ and the old "ADT" dummy alarm box was not replaced, as promised. basically a good job but could have been better!

The team are always really friendly
The team are always really friendly, polite and respectful of my home. I was running a little late on the day of my service and the engineer very kindly was able to wait until I arrived home to carry out the service. My service was quick and as always I feel reassured that everything is in working order and my home is protected.

My alarm system was older and less compatible with phone, etc. Contact upgraded to their latest system for an extra £9/mo, which I wouldn't be able to install an DIY system for, let alone with monitoring.
They continue to provide excellent customer service, easy to get hold of on the phone and quick to act on any issues you have.
I would highly recommend Contact Security.

Annual check - 5* SERVICE
Amazing service as always! Ryan was punctual and explained what will be done during our annual service check, plus he informed us about new features that we can add to our home alarm. Job was done quickly and without any issues. In addition during year, Contact Security team were getting in touch with us to make sure that everything is working fine. You don't get this kind of customer service nowadays. I would highly recommend their services !
