5 stars for a reason.
Absolutely top notch service. Full alarm and cctv system fitted. Clean tidy and quick service with fantastic post installation support. State of the art App as standard and being able to see and control the system from anywhere in the world is clearly what's required in this day and age.
Highly recommended and can clearly see (no pun) why Contact Security Services Scotland is so highly rated.

Really Slick and Professional company
Really Slick and professional company.
We were looking to upgrade our old monitored alarm system and was recommended to call this company.
I was impressed with the initial meeting as I was shown a live alarm system on an ipad and given an instant quote which I considered highly competitive.
We chose a comprehensive WIFI linked system with room sensors, Heat alarm, front door opening chime and external cameras which we can view on our phones.
The images and sound from the cameras is really impressive.
I have had the Alarm system over a year now and have never felt so comfortable leaving the house secure in the mind that Contact Security Services are keeping an eye on things.

I have been with this alarm company for many years and they are the best. The engineers are very knowledgeable and professional, they were so patient with helping me use my new alarm. The sales team and admin staff are so lovely and genuine. The whole team are all very passionate about security and safety.

Security system upgrade
We had requested upgrade information to our home security system because it was still connected to the phone line which we wanted to disconnect from the house. The sales rep was very nice, explained the options and the details available which helped us make the right decision. We have selected the suitable upgrade option which was installed a few days later. The technician was a very nice guy, very knowledgeable. He walked us through the installation process, gave us a demo and answered all of our questions satisfactorily we had regarding the system. Everything went smoothly and all in all it was a great experience. Definitely recommending this company to everyone!

Service has been first class
Service has been first class.
From first telephone call to installation. The two guys that came out and installed the equipment were very efficient and so easy to chat with. Taking time to explain how it all works and how we could change any settings.
After installation we had a wee problem but called and within 2hrs had the engineer back out. It was just a connection problem and he had it all sorted with in 1hr.
It was our nephew who recommended This company to us and we would 100% recommend this company to anyone. Without any hesitation.
