A great alarm system
Everything from start of the process right through to the installation all handled very professionally. After the installation the engineer went through the whole system in full detail and was very polite, professional and patient throughout. System is very easy to use, would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new alarm system.

Probably the best Security Company available
I changed from a "well known business" to Contact Security Systems just over a year ago and it was an excellent decision. Contact completely upgraded my cameras and alarm and i added monitoring for peace of mind. Recently, an Engineer visited and changed all the batteries in the sensors and checked that everything was working correctly before leaving.
Contacting the company is very easy and the people are very knowledgable and friendly. Any issues or potential issues are dealt with in a timely manner (unlike the previous lot).
I am extremely happy with the service and equipment provided by Contact Security Services. You can arrange a home visit and discuss your requirements and budget. There is no pressure sale, and suitable advice provided. I have no hesitation in recommending Contact Security Systems to any potential client - it was a friend who recemmended them to me.

The guy that came to review our system was totally brilliant he sorted out our connection issues rejigged the cameras and also changed the parameters of the cameras sorted the issues with our phone connection really top notch

Love Contact, service planned and executed great except that the engineer unplugged our outdoor lighting to plug their monitor in to check the cctv then didn’t plug it back in again so when we eventually noticed our lights weren’t working had to go into the loft to sort.
