Always a great service. I emailed as I’d a low battery alert on the main box and received a very quick reply to arrange an engineer visit. The engineer was very polite and helpful, sorted the problem out and undertook a full service and performance check. Very much appreciated.

The bar has been set so high by the team that George has working with him. Truly amazing people that work here.
Probably, NO!, definitely the best Alarm and CCTV installers you could ever come across. I have used some of the big names like ADT and Assure alarms and it’s all about call out charges and it’s almost £100 each time. Even though George has expanded and made this company big, they still care so much about the longstanding loyal customers. In reality George has kept his prices extremely low and totally fair. George is very honest and won’t ever try to rip you off. Won’t ever exaggerate the cost and will never sell you something you will never need. I had a few faults with my alarm system recently and they were at my house within 17 minutes once. 8 minutes the other time as they were passing by. I have had a contract for both my home and business for CCTV and Alarm at both places. Quality of service and products is faultless. The quick response time to come out and fix any problem is astounding. Wish I could find better or far superior words to praise the folks here.

Great service as always, and perfect upgrade to the system
The fitters that installed the cameras and serviced the alarm were spot on, no mess, new hardware all nice and neat not impacting on storage space in the loft (couldn’t tell they have been here other than we now have the cameras added to the system) they explained all features well.
Cameras are crystal clear, microphones pick up lots, and the differing filters separating animal, people or cars work well differentiating any movement within the selected zone. Motion then picking up anything outwith the zone or trees/ shrubs moving.
As with the alarm and the updates the app receives, I expect the cameras will only improve what they separate in to the categories.
The app / location to view the camera’s is part of the Ajax app for the alarm, so all in one place and super simple to use, even without a demo I am sure most could get their heard around the features easily. But staff as always gave a quality service and explained all features.
Cameras themselves are very neat / compact for the quality.
These were the perfect addition to the system.

Very reliable and helpful
I have used contact security services for the last 9 years and they have never let me down. They always answer the phone and are happy to help with any issues you might have. We recently had an attempted break in and they attended the property within the week to fit security camera at our request. The engineers are always respectful and do a great job and clean up after them self’s. Would happily recommend them to anyone!
