Our vehicles are stored in secure open-air compounds and, unfortunately, during periods of dry weather and high temperatures, dust and other environmental factors can accumulate on vehicles whilst they are parked. Whilst we appreciate this can be frustrating, it is an unavoidable consequence of outdoor parking.
We apologise that you felt you had to visit a car wash on your way home and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Simple and Easy
Easy process to check in. You park your car up, they move it to a secure space and when you return you ring them in advance so they can move your car to the front. Desk people very polite and talk through how the system works. Been here on numerous occasions and will return soon

Booked through holiday extras and flatly refuse to even look into as i didn't report it before leaving.

I don't normally write reviews but I am truly shocked by the service received.
A clean undamaged car dropped off, yet a filthy car was returned to me with a crack running halfway along my windscreen.
They have shown no remorse or accountability, despite me paying and trusting them to look after my car.
When I reported the issue I asked why I wasn't made aware of the crack when being handed my keys back. The answer was "we didn't know". Which in itself is a lie, because my car had recently been moved as my dashboard confirmed when I entered the car.
Disgusting and pathetic service, hiding behind T&Cs which rules them out from being liable to literally anything that can go wrong when parking a car (scrapes, bumps, cracked mirrors etc).
I will be taking this further.
