Booked through holiday extras and flatly refuse to even look into as i didn't report it before leaving.

I don't normally write reviews but I am truly shocked by the service received.
A clean undamaged car dropped off, yet a filthy car was returned to me with a crack running halfway along my windscreen.
They have shown no remorse or accountability, despite me paying and trusting them to look after my car.
When I reported the issue I asked why I wasn't made aware of the crack when being handed my keys back. The answer was "we didn't know". Which in itself is a lie, because my car had recently been moved as my dashboard confirmed when I entered the car.
Disgusting and pathetic service, hiding behind T&Cs which rules them out from being liable to literally anything that can go wrong when parking a car (scrapes, bumps, cracked mirrors etc).
I will be taking this further.

Checking in ok and easy
Checking in ok and easy. The fall down is with the return transfer/collection from the airport back to the car. 3 times now I've been sat waiting for minimum 35/40mins after calling. If landing outside of normal hours, expect even longer for the collection.

Fast service, friendly staff, easy set up. Car well looked after. Would highly recommend. 10 mins bus ride to Gatwick if that.

Very easy to book
Very easy to book, easy to find. The staff are all very friendly and professional. You don’t wait long for a bus to get you to the airport and when you get back the bus is there within 5 minutes.

Staff drop off were abrupt on the phone with customers and sharpe with customers dropping off their cars. Friendly on return though .
On the bus we were okay but there were some elderly travellers that could have done with the driver helping out with their luggage on the racks but they were ignored and other customers were left to help them. This happened on the drop off and pick up.
To be fair the buses were frequent , customers service was non existent but I guess you get what you pay for .

Easy booking at Cophall Parking
I have use Cophall Parking many times, the trip to and from the car park to terminal is and the return process is smooth and efficient .
The cars are well looked after I personally have had no issues.

3rd time we've used cophall parking and everything was excellent. Our car was kept safe and secure and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely recommend cophall for your parking when going on holiday. Also a good shuttle service straight to the terminal of your choice.
