Arrived promptly and was what I required with two minor exceptions.
1. I ordered a flexible fuel pipe. I presumed it would come with the internal filter but it did not.
I ordered a new carburetor and expected it to come with gasget. It did not.

Well I brought a part from u when it was fitted didn't work I robot chatting with u sent or the relevant information and had no response from u at all whether you going to send out a replacement part etc so after sales is shocking mite be handy to actually speak to someone not a robot

Alice at the core service was so helpful and kind
Alice at the core service was so helpful when I phoned yesterday as I purchased a McGregor cordless lawn mower and could not assemble the lawn box as I just could not click it together,but after 2 days of trying and phoning Alice, she sent me a video and I watch the video a few times and did what the video said and I now I got a grass basket that is assembled this a brilliant grass cutter and thank you Alice

I had previous looked at getting a new…
I had previous looked at getting a new chainsaw chain but they were out of stock. Advised I could have email sent to inform of when available again. The email did in fact arrive and I was able to order. The delivery was completed in a matter of days, as advised. Everything was easy, from requesting email notification of when stock was in, to ordering product, to deliver. Would certainly use again and will be sharing details with family/friends. What is the purpose of this service ??
At 09:30 on a monday morning I was in hold position #1 for an opperator, then the phone line cut me off!
I have not been able to get through at all.
I can't get through online.
I can see a 'login' button, but I can't find where to open an account.
I think I've submitted a ticket but the reply after sumitting said 'Thanks for your feed back' so I don't know if I actually submitted a support ticket.
The AI chat is a complete waste of time and does not offer technical support.
What is the purpose of this service ??
