No return call from GP

I had a fall on a footpath on 25 April 2026. I fell on my right shoulder and hurt severely. On 26 April 2026 i went to Northwick Park A&E. After having and Xray and waiting for 6 hours I was given a sling and told to contact GP on 27 April 2026.
On 27 April phoned the surgery from 8.00am and after giving all details to the reception (while in agonising pain), was told the GP will contact you during the day.
No GP contacted me on 27 April so I phoned again on 28 April describing everything to the reception and was told to sit by phone and GP will call as GPs are very busy.
Now 48 Hours passed but no call from GP.
I really would like to know the reason why no GP called back. I have been with Corfton Road Surgery since the 80s and have never once, misused or wasted any GP's time.

I cannot thank this practice enough

I cannot thank this practice enough, especially Dr Ibrahim Alisa, whose quick thinking and exceptional clinical judgment quite literally saved my son’s life.
My son, Faaris, has always been a very healthy, active boy- he trains regularly in boxing and Muay Thai, rarely ever gets ill and hardly ever needs to see a doctor. When he suddenly seemed slightly weak on one side one morning, I brought him inand Dr Alisa examined him carefully and immediately recognised that something was seriously wrong, even though the symptoms were very subtle.
He told us firmly not to go home or back to school and to go straight to hospital. We followed his advice, and within hours my son was diagnosed with a large cystic brain tumour and taken for emergency neurosurgery. Every doctor and nurse we met afterwards asked, “Who is your GP?” and said how incredible it was that he picked it up so quickly. They made it clear that his decision prevented a potentially catastrophic outcome.
As a mother, I will be forever grateful.
This practice is outstanding, and Dr Alisa’s professionalism, instinct, and compassion made all the difference when every minute mattered.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Disappointing Service

Disappointing Service

Corfton Road Surgery has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Despite holding parental responsibility for my son and having accessed his medical records before, they are now refusing without reason, even after confirming I’m entitled to it. They’ve delayed linking his profile to my NHS app, causing unnecessary stress. The service is slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this surgery.

Corfton Road Surgery Ealing.. Amazing Staff!

Since I have been registered at this GP surgery in Ealing, I have had nothing but respect and admiration for these staff and GPs that work there. I have been treated extremely well during the pandemic, considering most services have been heavily disrupted and put under a lot of strain. I would particularly like to mention my gratitude to the principal GP Dr Alex Fragoyannis who has been nothing but an exemplary, and if it wasn't for him my medical issues who have gone on undiagnosed and I would of suffered significantly longer than I did.
