Crap company. Website designed as based in UK but product comes from Poland. So be ready to pay custom fees which ends up paying same amount as you would buy product from UK shops.

I should have read the reviews about this company before buying anything from them! They never replied, despite 3 emails sent. The phone line answers in Polish, can't understand. I suspect this company is a SCAM. AVOID!

This is the last communication that I sent corkstore24 which I think paints a picture. No complaint about the products more the lack of transparency.

I must say that the lack of transparency on your website regarding the possibility of such fees is disappointing and deceptive. No obvious sign through the ordering procedure or subsequent confirmation email that these duties would need to be paid. On the face of it you have a uk based website without any clear indication that the goods will be shipped from the continent. Sure I can search within the tucked away terms and conditions which indicates the possibility. It seems intentionally misleading. I guess I will stump up the unexpected charge of £60 and get solace from sharing my experience on review websites to warn others not to fall into the same trap.

I ordered thinking it was a UK company in London but there actually in Poland. Ordered a week ago and still not dispatched and just found that will take 10 days to delivery and will have to paid VAT that I was aware. They are trying to mislead you.

Recently I got my order and have to admit - it's just great.

Very poor experience. Ordered variety of different colour sample tiles thinking they were UK based and would be easy to return the colours we didn't want.

No way - unfriendly, unhelpful customer service, said we have to return to Poland, and pay all customs, postage etc. Could not have been less helpful.

Then - on purchasing the colour tile we did want, they indicate that VAT is included on their prices on the website, but you will get a customs bill having to pay for the VAT once it's been shipped. So they're being mis-leading - either incompetently or wilfully.

My overall recommendation would be, even though their 3-D cork tiles are quite unique and look good, avoid having any dealings with this company if you possibly can.

Absolutely awful awful company! Please do not use!! I ordered a Corkboard from this company almost 5 weeks ago with no sign of it! I contacted corkstore who have not helped at all apart from contacting the delivery company who should’ve delivered the product only to be told by the delivery company it’s lost and that corkstore should give me a refund as I never received the product . I have contacted corkstore for a refund and have heard nothing at all. Worst customer service!

On the 14th October we ordered 10 self adhesive cork boards from this outfit. 12th February they fell off the wall injuring our dog and smashing several of my Wife's pictures. No problem, so thought that it may be best to email explaining what had happened and that we had several smashed pictures as well as now damaged boards. I was surprised to get a very defensive email tlling me that the warranty on boards staying on the wall is 4 months, the boards need to be aligned properly and that the wall couldn't have been prepared properly. Utter nonsense and these guys rather than redeem themselves have just made an enemy. Don't shop here, UK presence, pretending to be Portuguese but actually a Polish business without an ounce of customer service or empathy. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Ordered in January 3rd 2021 thinking it was a UK company in London No its a company in Poland have emailed 7 times only answered 3 times its now the 10th February still no cork tiles have asked for my money back been told we will have to send them back when we get them then we will sometime get are money back Definitely not a good company
