I was afraid that the stila magnificent metal eyeshadows I ordered wouldn't be legit, but they were exactly the same as another legit stila shadow I already had which was so great. I recommend, shipping was faster than I expected and I got a free bag of sealed air!

purchased several times until I received this email，（look what did they reply）：“ If the order is returned due to unclaimed issue, there is a 25% restocking plus shipping fee of the total product price will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund.”
Ridiculous! The shipper should ensure delivering the package to the customer. I am home and they suggest me to pick it up in the local post office ??? Charging for 25% restocking fee ??? Can anyone believe this? So Funny!!! Never heard it before. Not to mention Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom and other famous company, even local store dare not to collect one penny from refund. One word for advice：If a company do not have capacity to do international business, just don't touch it.

Purchasing from this site was easy and straightforward. Item arrived quick, and most importantly, well packaged and in perfect condition! Would definitely order from this site again.

Received email for an order never placed, unable to see what the order is containing. No reply when calling and no reply by mail

Received fake Bioderma products. The packagings were slightly different, very unprofessional finish. The content smelled like a petrol totally different from the original. When I complained, they insisted their products are 100% genuine. How can the company like this exist in 2018?

I have to say, at the beginning, I use it as a backup for "Strawberry Net", gradually I found I like this better than "Strawberry Net" -- it has more options of Japanese skincare products. And I hope it will include more in the future.

I made an order last April 26, 2018. As of today, May 28, I still have not received my parcel. I have already checked with local post office and they do not have it. I emailed cosme-de and the best they have done so far is to forward the tracking details that is found online indicating that the parcel is now “enroute to delivery office” as of May 9. This is after passing customs inspection. So the time it takes should not exceed one week after such. At least from what I have experienced from previous orders. 2-3 weeks maximum shipping time from Hongkong to Philippines. Now it has been more than a month and I have not received any proper feedback as to how they are addressing this issue or if they have coordinated with the shipping companies involved. The goods have already been paid for and if this is not delivered, or at the least refunded entirely, I would definitely seek legal action for unfair trade practices.
