Great delivery, had a text the day before to confirm the 3 hour delivery slot, then on the day had another text to confirm they were on their way. Gary and Jake were very polite and efficient putting our table together, definitely worth the £15. Our new Chester extendable table looks fab!

Unbelievably I ordered and had delivered within 10 days over the holiday period. I had Ian and Gary deliver my new sofa. They were so helpful and made the process easy.

Very pleased with our Chester Dove Grey Open Shoe Storage Bench which was delivered yesterday by the very friendly duo of Earle and Matt D. They arrived exactly on schedule and very efficiently unpacked and positioned the Storage Bench for us. It is a lovely piece of quality furniture and looks great in our hallway.

We had our sofa delivered today from the Cotswold Company. The sofa is gorgeous and looks so nice in my sitting room. The shop staff were very helpful when I was choosing the sofa in the shop. The delivery was on time, smooth and efficient.
Thank you to the delivery guys Earle and Matt.D - they even gave us a gift of fudge!

Earle + Matt D delivered our lovely new sideboard today. Very professional and welcoming over the phone before the delivery, they brought it into our kitchen quickly and positioned it to our liking. Great experience

We shopped in person at the bath store. The staff were supper friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Really happy to have been talked through the purchase.

My new-build house looks amazing thanks to Cotswold.
The looks are important but so is the quality; I would not liked to have bought flimsy furniture that needs replacing before the two-year house warranty had expired.
My aged mother has not had an easy life. For the few short years she has remaining she will be enjoying some very comfortable surroundings.

Quality of furniture is superb, purchasing process easy, communication throughout very good and as previously mentioned delivery excellent.

Arrived as promised with good communications. Gary and IanP removed and disposed of all packaging and carried the dressing table to upstairs.

The chest of drawers are perfect as described. The only let down were your delivery people .

Lovely shop and lovely staff. I bought some candle holders and a boucle cushion, and was very happy to receive a surprise gift for spending over £50! 😀

Lovely clean displays & room sets to wander around but the main reason for 5 stars is the customer service I received. So helpful & accommodating. Through this great service I shall definitely return in the new year to buy the other items I had my eye on.

Cannot fault the two delivery drivers, friendly, efficient and respectful.
Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit, which they pointed out. They carefully explained my options and told me I’d receive a call from the company in due course.
Having myself worked in customer service I recognised that they turned a negative scenario into a positive one which only impressed me even more with the company.
Gary and Jake are a credit to the Cotswold Company, as was the lovely young lady who served me in their Bath store on Monday morning 24Nov2025.
