The manager in your Bath store was…
The manager in your Bath store was fantastic. She was very patient and helped us work through our decision-making.
Then our furniture was delivered today by Charlie and Rob from Swindon. They were absolutely brilliant and I couldn't fault the high level of service they provided.
Our new furniture looks lovely and we'll definitely be using the Cotswold Company again soon.

Excellent service
So happy with the sideboards tables and chairs. Excellent quality. Looks absolutely amazing. Delivery men, Matt and Ian were on time , and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even went beyond what was expected by adjusting a previously purchased cabinet door that need realigning. Couldn't praise these two and Cotswold company enough. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely shop inBath
The staff in the Bath shop was super helpful, we visited the shop and was given good advice, after measuring at home we decided on a large bookcase.
The delivery was smooth, no damage, considerate and conscientious delivery team.
Only down side was a charge of £35 for an expensive item to be delivered.
