The drivers contacted me when they were on their way and were on time. Very friendly and made sure everything was unboxed, unwrapped and in place before leaving.

Staff and customer services very helpful.

Lovely atmosphere in showroom. Staff really friendly and helpful. Good to look at furniture before purchase.

Asked to purchase a painting, assistant who I later learned was the Manager thought there was one in stock and went to check. After more than 5 minutes waiting near the till I noticed assistant adjusting cushions at the front of the store. I approached her to ask if the painting was in stock and her reply was “oh no we don’t.” I then queued again to order the painting. I was told by one assistant delivery was free then charged £5. I then decided to purchase some miniature houses, the manger served me using an iPad for the transaction but didn’t really know what she was doing. She said she would go and get a colleague, by the time she came back with a male assistant I had been served by another assistant. As I was leaving the Manager was reprimanding the male assistant for not giving a customer a leaflet about the stores first birthday. Not great customer service in what at the time was a busy period. Totally different experience in the Stow on the Wold store, staff are friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, love visiting that store. First time visiting the Marlow store, first impressions not great. This won’t stop me ordering from The Cotswold Company in the future. I love the furniture, well made and reasonably priced.

The store has a lovely atmosphere and is well laid out. The staff were very helpful, although the queue was quite long with people buying soft furnishings. I ordered bedroom furniture. Is it possible to keep 1 till for this? Not all styles of drawers were on show. I was looking for the 5 door set which wasn't on show in any finish. I appreciate you are limited for space. The ordering process was efficient and short delivery time.

We ordered a bed in the sale in the Marlow store and arranged for a timed delivery slot. From the point of ordering (which was super simple as the person in store did it all for us) up to the point of delivery (delivery team was Kain and Siu-pai), the service was exceptional. Extra points for asking if we wanted shoes coverings worn, whether we wanted the bed unpackaged and packaging taken away! We have previously ordered from the Cotswold Company so we know the quality of the products is good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be buying from them again.

Not shopped at Cotswold Company before but they have so many lovely quality furnishing products, and great reduction in their sale. So I’ll definitely be shopping there again.

Great service from all the staff we dealt with in the Marlow store, including honouring the Black Friday prices that had somehow disappeared earlier of the trading day contrary to the website countdown.

The only other downside came the day afterwards when receiving an automated email asking for settlement of a further (erroneous) amount prior to delivery, which required a call to customer service to resolve.

Tyrell and Morgan were excellent when they delivered a whole variety of items to our home. They were so polite and helpful in every way as we had a leak/flood in our ceiling over our new wooden floor, and Tyrell and Morgan went out of their way to help at the stressful time. Earle and Thomasz delivered our furniture this afternoon. They called an hour before arriving, were very polite and professional in every way in handling the products and moving them to the appropriate room.

We recently purchased a number of items from the Cotswold Company in Marlow. The service was exceptional, Lexy was very knowledgable, professional and polite. Our order (6403345) was delivered today by Earle and Kyle J, again the service was first class. Both were very customer focused and were well mannered and professional throughout. They are a credit to the Cotswold Company.
