We ordered a bed in the sale in the Marlow store and arranged for a timed delivery slot. From the point of ordering (which was super simple as the person in store did it all for us) up to the point of delivery (delivery team was Kain and Siu-pai), the service was exceptional. Extra points for asking if we wanted shoes coverings worn, whether we wanted the bed unpackaged and packaging taken away! We have previously ordered from the Cotswold Company so we know the quality of the products is good and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be buying from them again.

Bobby & Maxwell delivered 4 chairs unwrapped them and put them in position in the kitchen, very polite and helpful would highly recommend

Not shopped at Cotswold Company before but they have so many lovely quality furnishing products, and great reduction in their sale. So I’ll definitely be shopping there again.

Great service from all the staff we dealt with in the Marlow store, including honouring the Black Friday prices that had somehow disappeared earlier of the trading day contrary to the website countdown.

The only other downside came the day afterwards when receiving an automated email asking for settlement of a further (erroneous) amount prior to delivery, which required a call to customer service to resolve.

Tyrell and Morgan were excellent when they delivered a whole variety of items to our home. They were so polite and helpful in every way as we had a leak/flood in our ceiling over our new wooden floor, and Tyrell and Morgan went out of their way to help at the stressful time. Earle and Thomasz delivered our furniture this afternoon. They called an hour before arriving, were very polite and professional in every way in handling the products and moving them to the appropriate room.

We recently purchased a number of items from the Cotswold Company in Marlow. The service was exceptional, Lexy was very knowledgable, professional and polite. Our order (6403345) was delivered today by Earle and Kyle J, again the service was first class. Both were very customer focused and were well mannered and professional throughout. They are a credit to the Cotswold Company.

We randomly popped into the shop. We walked out with 5 full bags. Fantastic quality and things for the home. My wife was certainly very happy!

Delivery men who brought and assembled the bed and carried the new mattress upstairs were brilliant. They were called Charlie and Matt D. They worked hard and quickly and were so lovely. Hope this review gets to the right place to thank them.

Very quick, helpful and efficient

Excellent company to deal with from ordering to delivery and installation. Our first visit was to the Marlow store to look at a triple wardrobe, we were worried about access, the sales assistant talked me through the dimensions of the wardrobe including a diagram so we could measure properly at home, she also gave us a sample colour card so we could see the colour in our room. We ordered online in the black friday sales so got a good discount and 10 days later our wardrobe was delivered. Ian and John were our delivery men and they very carefully and respectfully delivered and built the wardrobe for us in our spare bedroom. they even moved the position for us once built and changed the handles to some we had purchased ourselves from a different company.
all packaging was taken away and the whole experience was stress free. the quality of the wardrobe is excellent.

Gary and Ian delivered two sofas today. Excellent quality and excellent delivery. They told us when they would arrive, took all of the packaging away and did a thoroughly good job.

Efficient delivery by Kyle and Kev even arriving earlier although they did send an email a bit too late to pick up saying they would be early. Great service and even took loads of packaging away. Asked which rooms to deliver to and were friendly guys. Loved The Cotswolds free fudge touch too!

I think it was the manager who served us. I found her blunt and rude. Took her ages to do the transaction for a simple picture frame. Not what I expect from Cotswold Co. She needs training on customer service and how to smile! The White company across the road can teach you how to do customer service. The young lady who served me in there was excellent!
