Delivery today from Bernard and Ryan was a joy. Lovely friendly and respectful of my home to ensuring nothing was damaged whilst exchanging and delivering a new free standing larder.

The person I spoke to was friendly and efficient. Ordering the item was easy and delivery arranged for my day of choice.

Mathew and Courtney arrived in the slotted time for delivery, very polite and friendly.

Our delivery team Ryan & Bernard were absolutely lovely guys. Very efficient, super friendly, polite and respectful. They unpacked, handled everything and carefully dealt with all the packaging and removed every last piece and took it away with them.
Even when holding a heavy piece of furniture they asked if shoes should be removed before entering the house.
Our item was damaged which was no reflection on them, they were attentive and super helpful. Lovely professional service, thanks guys.

Good, prompt response to my enquirey to Rob in the showroom who emailed me back the assembly instructions for a bed we were considering buying. We then emailed Rob to confirm our requirement to which he then raised our order, sent us a payment link and confirmed the delivery for three days later.
