This was mine and my family’s first visit to one of your stores. We were really impressed with the choice of products. I bought a cushion for my daughter and she bought one for herself. My daughter and partner found a mirror for their new home and decided to order from your store when we got home. The staff in Stamford were very helpful with the order. Will definitely shop in store again

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The products on offer are of excellent quality. We have put an order in for two oak wardrobes and a chest of drawers and have done this over the phone directly with the Stamford shop rather than on-line in a bid to show our support for the shop and its staff. We feel that it is really important to be able to see and feel the quality of what you are purchasing when investing in large and expensive furniture items. Though the trip to Stamford was about a 100 mile round trip, it was well worth it.

Extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff, we visited your store last Sunday followed up with a telephone query & then visited store again last Friday to make the purchase, each time excellent Customer Service.

I don’t often leave reviews, but just have to give a big shout out to the Stamford team, especially Andrea and Mel, who helped me make a decision on the sofa and fabric choice and Andrea, I have to say, I think you knew what I wanted before I did. Excellent customer experience, and despite all of my many questions (trust me, I had a lot), you stuck with me. I have a number of rooms to furnish in our new home, so I will definitely be back, but honestly, you were so helpful. Thank you 😊

We bought a large sideboard from Cotswold Company in Stamford in February 2026 (order 6563767). It was delivered when promised, unpacked and set up by CHD drivers Bernard and George. We were much impressed by their friendly manner and by their efficiency and care that they took assembling it and placing it precisely where we wanted it.

Chris and Bernard, recently delivered my mattresses.
They were very thoughtful about not bringing in any dirt from outside and were careful moving rge items to the rooms. The house is quite small so not much room to manoeuvre. Great efficient delivery.

A good company to deal with, friendly staff at their Stamford branch couldn't have been more helpful. We also found their delivery team of Bernard and George so pleasant to deal with, took off their shoes entering the house and carefully placed our furniture exactly where we wanted. Top customer service.

A bit of a wait at the counter. Someone else’s item placed on my bill. Staff said I’d have to order the wine glasses. I’d been in the store 30 minutes earlier and was told by another member of staff, glasses were available in stored upstairs. I pointed this out to cashier and she said she didn’t know. Good job I’d spoken to the other staff member. As glasses were indeed upstairs.

Kept me informed about my delivery. Took all the packaging away and placed my furniture where I wanted it to be. Polite and respected my home. Jemaine H & Musawar are a credit to your company as well as the furniture being great.
