Friendly warm service, acknowledged when I came into the store but left to shop in my own time. Lovely store in Stamford.

I’ve had two settees delivered today which are stunning.
The delivery men went above and beyond in getting the settees into my lounge.
It was quite tricky because of the angle of the stairs.
But they made adjustments and the settees are in the lounge looking beautiful.
Well done to Gagan & Douglas very much appreciated.

Sophie had been extremely helpful a couple of months ago but life events prevented us from pursuing a purchase. Upon revisiting Louise helped us & was never pushy & reminded us when the sale was ending. We were a little concerned about paying £4,000 upfront without any goods then 0% finance was mentioned. This was not initially offered & went a long way to clinching the sale even though we were 99% certain of what we wanted to buy. An easy transaction, lovely store & pleasant staff.

Dev was so helpful. As were his colleagues before he took over helping. He helped us order an express sofa which was a bit of an emergency as my wife was due to have a c-section in the coming week. He was so considerate of my wife’s needs post operation and finding the right choice of sofa for our needs going forward. He was warm and personable and just overall very helpful. We 100% would only buy from Cotswold in the future as their customer service has been so good. We are cancelling our previous order with DFS as they are nowhere near comparable in customer service or guidance. We also ended up adding a shoe storage unit which wasn’t on our original radar but we were glad that Dev showed us some options and we decided to add it to the order.

A special mention to Melanie for her amazing service in regards to helping us decide on our new sideboard purchase. Thank you again.

Ordered a couple of bedside tables for delivery. They are beautiful and seem very well made. Our delivery team, Bernard and Aro, communicated with me extremely well, were here on time, unboxed the tables and carried them to the first floor for us. Couldn’t have asked for nicer people or a better experience. Everything we’ve purchased from this store has been beautiful and excellent quality and the shop staff always friendly and helpful.

The whole visit was a friendly and efficient experience. My assistant was helpful and very pleasant with the transaction going through the computer very easily and quickly. Although I knew what I wanted before going in it was, nevertheless, a seamless experience.

From going in the shop to order Stamford) Christina was very helpful and informative. She spent quite a bit of time with us sorting our order.
Not all our furniture could be delivered as some of the pieces were our of stock. The items that have been
delivered are of good quality. Thank you to Jermaine and Bernard who delivered the items. They were very helpful and put the furniture in place. Delivery time given was spot on. Couldn't fault.

We would highly recommend Cotswold Stamford- this store has totally redeemed Cotswold company in our eyes, due to their excellent service, patience and customer care.
At point of sale in another Cotswold branch, we were told the fabric we wanted was potentially unavailable. After a 4 day wait that branch told us the fabric was not now available for the sofa we wanted. When asked, they were unable to say which models it was available for.
In a difficult position with the Christmas order deadline just days away, we had to completely review our choice. We then rang Cotswold Stamford. Sarah clarified within an hour that the fabric we had wanted was not available in any model of sofa. She then spent time on two video calls, very close to closing time, showing us other options. Still unsure, we called in. Sarah’s colleague spotted we needed help and (without knowing of our previous call), suggested further ideas. We ordered in the nick of time for Christmas due to the help of staff in this store who wanted to help when the going got tough. Thank you all. Your time, honesty and patience is very much appreciated.

Great products and brilliant service, very helpful delivery

We ordered two Bedside Tables and a Chest of Drawers from The Cotswold company. Delivery was really fast with order and delivery processed within 7 days. The quality of the furniture is very good and they look great in situ. A special thank you goes out to the delivery team - Bernard and Aro who unpacked and installed the furniture into our bedroom. They were extremely courteous and professional and were a credit to the company, well done guys!!! In summary a great experience and would highly recommend The Cotswold Company.

The shop was full of so many lovely things which made it difficult to choose items from. I then wanted some more cushions like the one I chose; I rang and a very helpful lady arranged for them to be sent to me by post. An all round great experience.

Really helpful staff who despite what we wanted showing as discontinued went the extra mile to double check with the warehouse who discovered they had 17 in stock! Yeah a happy customer thanks to Sophie x
