Horrible & bad experience on their warehouse delivery service (with delivery charge). Scheduled 7-9pm , but they arrived late! Called customer service for followup (more than 4 times) on 810pm, but they said the scheduled time slot is until 9pm, let us to wait.called another time on 845pm, keep kicking the ball to delivery. The delivery guy called us and said will only able to arrive after 30minute. At the end of the day, they managed to delivered at 10pm

I am very disappointment with the salesperson of Courts Eastpoint, Juliati 04254, as a salesperson, she is not aware there is no delivery on Sun. I waited for the whole afternoon, I called Eastpoint no: 62220694 but can't get thru, then she called and informed me at 6.30pm that is her mistake for not realising no delivery on Sunday. what kind of sales is this !!

Atrocious.
Atrocious, horrible, terrible service from Courts. They blatantly advertise products - in this case washer and dryer - 2 machines - when items were already discontinued! They took full payment, my account was deducted. Promised me delivery 2 days later. I called them to confirme and was told on the way. That night, they didn’t even bother to call, email received to say delivery was delayed but no new date given. Back and forth, still no apology for taking money and not delivering, and now tells me that it will take a week to get my money back!! I cannot order some where else until my money is refunded.
Don’t buy from courts online. You’ll pay first and highly likely not get your product.

After purchased and choose the delivery time. And it just never come… no email, no call and no message. What is this nonsense?
Very poor processes
Very poor processes. Bought a bed frame in Oct, They have to return 3 times install it. First, they came to fix and forgot the screws. Next day, they came with a wrong screws. Finally got it right on the 3rd visit. Wasted my time as I was not staying in the apt yet.
Offered $50 voucher and never got it to date.

Do not buy Apple products from court
Do not buy Apple products from court, they are very disorganized and tell inaccurate dates regarding delivery. I changed my order and they still couldn’t delivery the product I ordered due to warehouse issue??!. They are inefficient and although they try to resolve the issue they fail multiple times over.
First and probably the last time patronizing
Similar to most of the reviews here, unreliable, inconsistent and unprofessional service. Paid for delivery services, item did not arrive, no updates no heads up no reason as to why.
Had to call in to receive a series of incoherent excuses and say that they couldn't do anything about it but schedule it at the next available slot which is as good as a week later.
If you wanna go through the hassle of paying a premium to experience so much trouble and chasing then yes, Courts won't disappoint.
Rubbish company. Don't buy from them
Rubbish company. Bought from them online and paid addition for selection of dates. They did not deliver and when I called they claim that the extra charge is just to select delivery date but they are not confirmed. That is a real smart feature to have.
Gave up dealing with this company, called the hotlines and asked for cancellation, confirmed with the agent on the line that it is cancelled and I can go ahead and purchase alternative.
Immediately an email came in after I purchased the alternative saying they will be delivering it next WK. Almost felt like they were toying with me.
Called and emailed them multiple times, they claimed that someone will respond but nobody did. Will just ask credit card company to declare the transaction as fraud. Never ever going to buy from them again and will spread the word.

Customer service call centre staff are deceitful. Although they claimed they have reviewed previous phone calls, they have made up their own story about what was said. When asked for a manager to return the call, they get their colleagues on the same level to call to cover up their lies.

Worst place to purchase your air conditioner
Worst place to purchase your air conditioner!!😡 from 14 aug the day we call till now air conditioner has not been fixed, they say need the parts to arrive and what is already been more than 2 months but no updates from them. To get an update we still need to call them, they won’t take the initiative to follow up at all🤬

judging from the review below, i can see i am not the only one. made a purchase more than 2 weeks ago and there was no confirmation of delivery schedule. item was definitely in stock when i made purchase. made at least 3 calls to confirm and even on day of delivery, customer service said all items would be delivered- only the gifts with purchase came.
and up till then, no basic courtesy to call and inform item was out of stock. by then, item did show out of stock. no alternative solutions offered as well. i had to email in in order for someone to actually call me back and offer me options. pretty ridiculous.
definitely the last time i will be purchasing from them. and i do hope refunds will not take forever.

Really disappointed on courts not been responsible and the webpage might not be trusted as the website still written "in stock" as from today but the staff via live chat said will not deliver to me due to stock availability ( no stock? I was like WTH statement not tally with website still got stock). Since if they do not have stock I think I might just cancel order. I have online purchase a dehumidifiers, it written "in stock" and delivery schedule on 25 Sep'21 (purchased date 11 SEP). Until it reached the exact day (25 SEP) I thought I will be receiving it today but there's no msg or email notifications. I feel odd. I text them using live chat apps and they told me it will not deliver today due to stock availability (no stock). I was like WTH. From 11sep till the actual delivery day 25 SEP, NO ONE FROM COURTS EVEN CARE TO TEXT, EMAIL OR CALL ME TO INFORM THEY WILL NOT BE DELIVER TODAY OR EVEN OTHERS DATE. THEY EVEN NEED ME TO ASK THEM WHY MY PRODUCT NOT DELIVER TODAY. I have push away my agenda just for this delivery. Wasted my time. Secondly, after I have try to contact them, as per what they said due to stock availability (means they have no stock) they will email me for latest delivery schedule date. Seriously, Courts need a customer to remind you? you need customer to remind you to reschedule? Let's see when are they going to reply me. Lastly, the live chat said no stock but the online website as from today 25sep I have checked it's still written "in stock" ?? Im speeches....

I bought airpods pro from them on their online store. The right airpod arrived broken and I had to waste my time going down to Jewel Singapore to get it sorted out. It didn't help that the delivery took ages. Even items which I purchased from US arrived earlier than my airpods which I purchased from a Singapore retailer. Bad experience overall.
Showroom sofa quality misleading
Went to Courts Tampines and tried a sofa there and it was $1999 but promo price drop to $999. Trade in old sofa will get 30% off so become $699. Sofa was nice and soft in showroom but when delivered the cushion was hard. In fact, its not even cushion but just the cheap foam material. Installer and sales lady said cos its new. So now after 2 weeks the cushion is so thin that I am sitting on the wood frame already. Showroom quality goods and consumer receive goods is totally different. If want to exchange, they will charge you 30% of the price which is $210 for me. Totally ridiculous. Best part is the sales person can even say it is bcos I bought a cheap sofa, if she know she would have upsell me a more expensive sofa. What the hell. It was priced at $1999 to begin with. Totally disappointed with this purchase. Won't ever buy from Courts again due to low quality products and poor exchange policy.

Bad customer service
Timing for the sercice confirmed only 1 day before. And customer service is very rude. Got face to tell their customer that I am wasting their time??? Huh?? Seriously courts?? There was a misunderstanding about the package. They should have recorded about the service done (date, year, how many units that had been cleaned), and they blame me for not remembering the exact date while on the phone. The customer service also expect me to tell them all this information. She spoke IN A RUDE MANNER.
