I had called to request for an item…
I had called to request for an item exchange -they said they will call me the next working day and I received NO calls. I had to call them and go through their very long phone menu. Finally when I got them after pushing about 10 buttons, they told me that I cannot get an exchange because the product was unsealed and used by me.
I understand that- what I don't get is why they cannot have a faster way of reaching the CS officer and why they cannot keep their word that they will call back?
Come on, don't call yourself Customer Service if all you want to do is make life difficult for your customers.

I would like to compliment and recommend the services of Mr Sofiane Dekkari at COURTS NEX @ SERANGOON . He is really one of the most Helpful and polite person who really did his best for customers!
Even when he met unreasonable customers , he remained his coolness and explained patiently to the customers. I am amazed by his service and especially his patience to customers!👍👍👍 He really made my day!! Thank you so much Mr Sofiane Dekkari!

Beware Courts uses installation…
Beware Courts uses installation companies who has no idea what they are doing and caused damages to my brand new home and they have no accountability. Went to the store and got an email address without a way to remedy the situation I have pictures of the damage and the drill bit stuck in my ceiling

If delivery man can give a call customer to inform that estimate time to come is better , …My appointment is 7pm to 9pm ,, I'm rush home by 7pm but let me waiting until almost 8:45pm . I’m Hope no need to rush back home for next purchase from courts.
And start from 9.00pm to 10.00am (25/8 to 26/8 ) courts (9785 9824) messages me almost every hour ,, totally 14 messages about to give delivery service rate ,,very annoying , disturbed and not professional service

Thinesh, Courts Jurong Point was a brilliant sales person - calm and patient (don't mind explaining details as I'm a computer dinosaur...).
He even went the extra mile to call me and remind me to pick up the new laptop a week later.
Do not buy from Courts
Do not buy from Courts. I bought a TV and they had separate delivery and bracket installation teams who do not communicate. Installation guy came to my place when the delivery hasn’t arrived and kept calling me to follow up on the delivery. Unless you are happy to be a coordinator for their stupid services, buy from other places Audiohouse or Harvey Norman.
Poor online customer experience
Poor online shopping experience with no support or after sales service as the online store is not connected to the physical store. Extremely disappointed that no one has bothered to respond to my request for a return despite numerous emails and calls.
No accountability and late delivery
Booked the 3pm to 7pm time slot for delivery. Waited till 7pm but they never came. They also did not inform me that they would be late, and there was no update on the delivery status.
Finally they came only after 8pm. Seems like they had outsourced their delivery to some small delivery company and their staff looked really young and inexperienced. They did not apologize for the lateness and left shortly. It is very likely that I will not buy from them again.

Its very difficult to contact their Customer Service. Can't find telephone number to their stores. The delivery of product purchased at their mercy. One day before they just call and say the Driver cannot make it as per the schedule fixed. Its a nightmare. Next time will think twice before buying from them.

The customer service is as pathetic as it can goes. I had a similar experience with other reviews. I arranged a date for courts to come down to repair my aircon but on the actual date they failed to show up. On top of that, I had to called them to find out that the item needed to fix my aircon is out of stock. Hence, they could not come down for repair. And this happened for 2-3 times in a row. The end result? I had to call the unresponsive hotline to shout at the customer service for the repair to be finally done. Overall, the process took around 3 months to get one aircon fixed when it should have been done in a month time. This shows the sheer lack of disrespect Courts have for their customers. Needless to say, their management is horribly trash and seemingly, there is no desire on their part to even improve their service.

Here goes, a year before pandemic starts, i was jobless for 2 months. On the 3rd month, i was about to pay on end of the month. They called the debt collectors on me. My goodness, just a few days shy of my payday like blunt harassment. After paying it fully in the future, i am not gonna buying from their stores unless emergency situation.

Paid in full. Given date of delivery waited the whole day no show and no one called back for the no show. Called courts on the day working day found out it was out of stock and delivery wasn't arranged at the place.
We asked for full refund after two hours someone called us and told there one item left so we agreed for another delivery date given 11 am to 3pm
Waited the whole day no one called us back till 630pm when we already left home for diner.
Till today we have yet to receive any refund it's been a month

They will sell you an item that you cant test in the shop and if you're not satisfied, they will charge you 30% of the items value to simply return.
Unnaceptable. And retailers are surprised folks go turn to amazon more and more everyday...

Services, discounts etc may be great during purchase, but after sales service is really bad. I'm on installment for aircon purchase starting from 89 months and should be decreasing monthly as the payment goes by. Instead, some months are duplicated and has been stuck at showing 67 months for a very long period of time. Had feedback this issue since the start and nothing was done.

1) the designated delivery time was 6(SIX) days from the day of purchase--which in this age of online shopping and delivery service, is considered really long; yet we did not complain about it;
2) on the day of delivery, no show after 2 hours from the designated time slot;
3) called customer care; the customer care consultant was not surprised that this happened, just said to not get our hope up for any delivery that day!
4) the time slot is, according to COURTS' invoice, a 'Confirmed Delivery Time Slot'. yet the customers should not expect the delivery of the purchased goods?
5) we had not pestered COURTS about the long delivery date, COURTS should at least have the decency to deliver our purchased goods as per agreed and stated by them!
6) so, if there is any alternate platform to get what we need next time, we would surely go for it even at a slightly higher price tag.
7) such unreliability does not work well for any company.
My washing machine broke down on Friday…
My washing machine broke down on Friday (08-Apr-2022) with clothings soaked in it. By a friend’s recommendation, I went to Courts at Tampines Mall and Zhi Gang was very helpful in assisting me to secure a delivery on 09-Apr-2022 between 3-7pm.
Delivery men came at about 2:15pm and both were very polite and helpful to set-up the new washing machine within 15 mins..
Don’t buy from courts online
Despite that there are online promotion which are attractive, I strongly discourage you to buy online from Courts. I was disappointed 2 times - the first time even though I have paid successfully but the delivery never come on the delivery date. No one even follow up until I have to call their customer service, I was then informed that the product is out of stock and only then they start processing my refund which took another 1 week. I was stupid to buy a handphone 2 weeks ago after such experience. To be honest, their delivery turnaround (more than 2 weeks) Is one of the longest I have seen in Singapore even though I saw the phone available in store. Just 3 days before the delivery date, I received an email from them to inform me that they will contact me again on my delivery date. I tell myself I will not buy from Courts online or in store in future. You can get similar or better price from its competitors
