I recently bought an 11cm Laguiole knife with a carbon blade and with my initials on the spring. Must say I was very pleased to receive my custom made pocket knife. Very good product, which I can recommend to anyone interested in a custom made knife.

I ordered my Liguiole set from Australia and the customer service was incredible. It took less than a fortnight for my order to be delivered and that was awesome. I love my cutlery on the table.

Pleased with the cutlery we bought, a good entry into the world of genuine Laguiole, not the chinese imitation. We like having the bees on the table!

Extremely pleased with the juniper handled corksrew/knife I purchased as an anniversary present for my husband. .he loves it! Easy to order, arrived within a few days. Would definitely recommendy this company and it's skilled craftspeople.

Just disappointed that the website does not clearly stipulate that the knives are actually not made in Laguiole, although not far away north.

I received the knife I purchased in good order and I can assure you, I have looked at it probably 100 times over. Stunning piece of workmanship.

I have bought knives from Lagouille before and have been very satisfied with the product and delivery sevice. This knife was a present for my son and he is made up with it

Hoped for a high quality knife. The handle had grind marks on one side, that may have been intended as decoration, but as they were missing on the other, it's hard to know. The mechanism was so stiff and the thumb nail grove so small that it hurt to open it, almost broke my nail. Asked them to replace the knife if they could make a better one or refund me if they couldn't. They evidently couldn't as they opted to refund! I haven't had chance to check that the money arrived so I'm assuming they did. I have always had a folding knife, from a number of makers, this was the most expensive I've had for a while after various in the 30 to 40 pound range, this was to be treat for myself. So disappointed.

The knife is resistant and brilliant, we saw that the knife is handmade. The writing on the side is perfect. I offered it to my BF and he was really happy. The delivery was faster and there was no problem.

When ordering my knife I was fatalistic about the whole matter. If the order works and the goods turn up in great condition well and good. If not no harm done really except that I would really like a laguiole knife. Well the ordering process and the follow up were fantastic. Smooth as silk and my knife arrived today in great condition and from the other side of the world it took only 28 days. Not bad at all. Well done
