Couteau Laguile online is great. Their knives are of the highest quality and material. The knife designs are unique and the blades are superlative. Customer service is excellent even for international transactions with over the top communications. Transactions are easy and not complicated.

This is quite a friendly site, easy to browse even for someone who is not very familliar with internet shopping. It is easy to go through the categories and pick the knives you like and it is fearly straight forward when it comes to final order and payment. As for the product, I believe there is no need for introduction and it is beyond recomendation. Their reputation is well merited.

I love collecting knives and was always looking for some unique, high quality Laguiole knives. The ability to design and order your knife directly from the manufacturer really made the difference with Couteau Laguiole. I also purchased one of their "Regional" knives, depicting Provence, which is really unique. The knives are all extremely high quality, well manufactured and will last for generations with proper care. No reservations recommending Couteau Laguiole, whatsoever. A great company to do business with.

I made a mistake with my online order so I had to contact the company directly by e-mail. The person I dealt with was super-helpful. The correct order arrived on time as promised. I was extremely impressed!

My first Laguiole came to me in Saumur and that must have been about 25 years ago. I bought 3, but sadly all of those were lost somehow. There have been quite a few more; both for the house and mostly for 'en route'. I love them quite unreservedly and bought 2 for Christmas as presents for people who appreciate and love them like me.
