First Class Customer Service
Have purchased a few items and each time the quality of the product and the speed of delivery is excellent.
A particular shout out to Estelle who’s customer service when I mistakenly got an order sent to my old address was first class - service like hers is unfortunately not the norm anymore but she was/is amazing and ensures I’ll continue to be a customer of the store.
