I was very impressed by the support I…
I was very impressed by the support I was given by Afua at Couverture and The Garbstore. I had various difficulties getting my returned item back to the store, down to the store not being open every day during the pandemic, but mostly due to the delivery company making a catalogue of errors. Afua was very patient and helpful whilst I resolved these problems. Overall the service was excellent.

Don’t know what’s all the bad reviews…
Don’t know what’s all the bad reviews about, i found my item on sale and it was a bargain. Compared to other sites it was a lot cheaper so i thought I’ll check this website out on trust pilot, saw some reviews and was abit sceptical but it was a bargain! So i just took the plunge and my order arrived within 2 days of ordering, i made my order on the 26th December and I received it on the 28th! Will definitely buy from this site again without hesitation!

Truly awful customer service
Truly awful customer service.
Not only did I receive my purchased item 3 days late in the post even though I paid for next day delivery, it was also damaged. I emailed through photos of the damaged item and didn't even get a response so had to call and the customer service was appalling. Very rude manager and not helpful at all. Now I have to buy another one to get it here in time for a birthday present.
Do not recommend you buy online.

Five stars customer service
I ordered an item during the week-end and received an email on the next monday telling me that the item was no longer available in my size, I was very disappointed but had an exchange with someone from the customer service for a switch on size . The result was
- this person was very friendly
-She gave me good advise
-At the end I received the item a size up but it was good because it was a slim fit.
