Exceptional customer service
Recently bought a jacket for my husband which didn’t arrive. I sent an email to explain that I hadn’t received it, I was slightly concerned as it was low in stock when I bought it so didn’t think I would be able to get a replacement. I received a reply from Afua at customer services who was able to establish that DPD had mislaid the package and arranged for another jacket to be sourced and sent out. The jacket arrived today, my husband is delighted with it and I am delighted with the exceptional standard of customer service I received from Afua who kept me informed at every stage of the process! Will definitely buy from the company again.
Highly recommended.

Good e-comm experience, customer service.
I had a very good e-commerce experience, mainly due to the customer service. I was shopping on a mobile format and my order didn't trigger an email with my order, however Afua who managed this was able to supply all missing info. Overall had a good web experience and I am happy to do it again, I'll be even happier when I can shop in the London store again!

Good experience getting some items shipped to New Zealand, store were great at answering questions (sizing of item), free postage and rapid service. I would happily use them again.

I was really very pleased with the customer service I received.
I was really very pleased with the customer service I received from Afua. She was friendly, helpful and in constant communication regarding my queries. In light of covid 19 I am aware it is extremely busy and stressful time for shops experiencing online demand and returns etc . But the service I received was so professional and I really couldn’t fault anything about my experience .
