Always have the best rates online, which update frequently so you know you're getting the most up to minute deal. Fuss free service regardless of whether you order online to collect at the store or home delivery! I have been going to these guys since around 2009 and would never use anywhere else. That's how great they are!

They responded to ID requirements over email almost by return and once payment was received offered to send the currency out sooner than I had originally requested if I wished.

I am always wary of sending large sums to an unknown quantity via bank transfer, but I did some research prior and had no issues with the transaction.

Plan in advance rather than leaving it until the last minute and your cash will arrive next day or the day after at the lstest by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Tracking service is good too.

Have been using Covent Garden FX for 10+ years now. Was very wary of ordering currency online initially but having spoken to Sam before placing my first order I felt very reassured and went ahead with my first order. Your money comes when they say it will so that is a bonus. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I WAS VERY WARY OF ORDERING CURRENCY ONLINE AND PAYING BY BANK TRANSFER BUT SAM PUT MY MIND AT EASE AND TALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCEDURE

THEY DONT CHARGE EXTRA FOR ORDERING A SECOND CURRENCY OF A LOW DENOMINATION TOO

The first time ordering online I was a little nervous but all went well and now I use them every time I need currency all due to their great rates and brilliant customer service.
They are so caring - I forgot to collect my recent order and they called to make sure I was ok !!
